“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. His kindness, patience, and big heart truly went above and beyond. Thanks again, Pablo!”

The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”

“Called the office today after one of my packages were marked being returned to sender because of incomplete address. I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”

“Idk what's up with that fake review but there is no bike parking. It's just for cars. It's really sad the city of Wayne should really install a full length sidewalk on pompton plain crossroad to make it more accessible by foot. It would be better for the environment to make the city more walkable and better for our health.
On the bright side this location keeps the lobby open on Saturdays just to drop off mail securely. No attendants that day but the mail drop off remains open.
Like most USPS they are short staffed so things might take a while if you have some old folks ahead of you figuring things out but overall okay experience dropping off mail here.
Oh I do think there should be better signage for the passport line. That part is kinda confusing. I saw an older gentleman that unfortunately had to be redirected after waiting in the passport line bc it seems like it's all the same for mail stuff.”
