“The professionalism and kindness I experienced at Milellis is hard to come by these days! My battery died on my leased 2024 Acura. Come to find out Acura does not warranty the original battery and quoted me over $500+ for a new one. Frustrated and confused, a friend said to call Milellis. I’m so grateful for the recommendation. Both Steve and Brian were eager to help and got me in right away. They explained what was going on and didn’t make me feel like a moron! They were quick with the work and charged a very fair price! I lease my cars because I don’t trust mechanics. But I can honestly say, I’m rethinking going the leasing route, now that I finally found a shop I can trust! Thanks again!”

“Love to see the comeback story for this location. I’ve been coming here for work vehicles the last few years, but used to dread this store. There was a guy with a Mohawk who always had pinned out eyes and always tried to blame me for damage. Thankfully, I take videos of the entire car before leaving the lot that saved my company from being charged. That being said, a few employees changed my view of this place. Starting with Big Tom. If I called and Big Tom wasn’t there, I’d hang up. One day Big Tom wasn’t there and a lady(forget her name but left for maternity leave maybe a year ago) helped me just as much as Big Tom would have. I haven’t seen this lady or Big Tom in a while, but Kieran(hope I spelt this right) has gone above and beyond for me over the last few months and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I don’t doubt I’ll be back soon, but I’m now excited rather than dreading the visit.”
“From the beginning of the process to the end, the Enterprise people made sure that my experience was hassle free and efficient. Paperwork (the contract) was complete by the time I arrived at the pick-up location and when I was done, the drop-off process was efficient and professional. Once again, the Enterprise staff was terrific as it has been every time I have rented a vehicle from this location in the past (from its Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ location). They made sure the car was well maintained and had a fresh oil change. The owners were both very pleasant and helpful. “My first opinion of the Morristown Budget Car Rental was based on reviews left by the renters before me. Most agreed this location is OK, which I have to disagree.
This location is great!From the moment we walk thru the door, we were greeted by Jeff Lupinacci (please commend him on our behalf) with a smile and a handshake. He explained the process in full detail and even recommended a more appropriate rental for our need, which he had cleaned and filled with gas for us. When we had to extend the rental, again he answered all our questions and concerns. Finally, we were late for the return, and again Jeff assured us returning the vehicle during closed hours was very simple.
The only thing I would have hoped was for a cleaner car, but I'm certain Jeff had no control over that, since the whole time we were there he continued to answer the phone and processing completed rentals.
Lastly, I know Im renting my next vehicle from the Budget Car Rental in Morristown NJ. Again, thank you Jeff for your professionalism and customer care... 💖🙏💖”

The agents were incredibly patient and kind while helping us resolve a billing issue with Budget Truck Rental. We were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee due to a corporate error and faced additional charges for a new reservation. However, the owners at this location stepped in to help us resolve the situation.
I highly recommend this location for its excellent service. I suggest contacting them directly to make a reservation rather than going through the corporate office.”
