“I've bin banking with boa for many years now I just walked in to the roselle branch and had a banker "her name is Susana" she was the most amazing banker ever would highly recommend if you go in make sure to ask for her wonderful service and knowledge fast and super helpful
Ps the bank manager "Michelle" was very helpful as well and accommodating super nice and professional this boa branch over all is a must”

“To open an account here you have to live, work or worship in Union county. This branch is conveniently located. The people are friendly and the minimum to open an account is $5. I know most banks have a minimum balance that is a lot higher than that. The services are pretty standard but just a heads up they don't give you any starter checks for your account. To get checks there is a charge of $100 but I don't think it is necessary to have checks but just used to getting at least some starter checks for free.”

“I had a really great experience at this branch. I went in as a walk in on Friday expecting it to be super busy like most branches. The lobby was clean and well kept with no one waiting. I signed into the kiosk, sat down and about 30 seconds later someone was there to assist me. My primary bank Santander’s outsourced telephone banking had accidentally deactivated my debit card and once I arrived at their branch to get a new one I learned they do not issue replacement cards on the spot. I was told it would take up to 5 business days to receive a new one or 3 days even with expedited shipping leaving me annoyed, frustrated and having to reset all of my auto-payments for my bills. Luckily I have a TD account but the card was not active because I do not use it often. My customer service rep Jose was very helpful and informative with the products and services TD offers and was able to turn a challenging morning into a much better one with his stellar customer service and awesome personality. I was in and out of the branch in less than ten minutes with a new and working debit card that I will definitely be using more often now, based on the great service I received. This branch has a great team and I observed everyone working well and helping each other while I was there. Keep up the great work !”
