“I was greeted by Dior and he help me locate my vehicle, I had to come back two hours later to pick up 3 more family members and was told they only had carry on bags.. Joke was on me my sister had the biggest bags ever so we went back and was greeted by Mr Dior and Eric and this time Mr Eric saw the issue and upgraded me to a more comfortable and spacious suv. Again thanks guys you'll really made our trip something to remember.”

“We bought 3 cars from them. Had a very good experience with them. Bought a Nissan Rogue, then a Nissan Altima and recently a Lexus rx350. I’ve been going to them for the last 7-8 years. The cars all run beautifully and they helped us out a lot with getting cars for our family. The service was great and quality of cars are also amazing. Highly recommend. “The only complaint I have is that I have only found out about this location recently. This is my second time renting from this establishment and everything has been amazing. The owners great and very efficient. They take pride in their work and make sure all the vehicles they offer are well taken care of and well-maintained. The vehicle that I ended up getting needed to be cleaned and they took their time to make sure it was just perfect . I will definitely try to continue to rent all of my vehicles from them.”
“There is no problem with the Ace/Drivo company, but be aware that they are NOT on airport property. This means you have to take the air train at Newark to P3, then call for the Ace/Drivo shuttle, then the shuttle drives you to their offsite location to get the car. We saved a little money however with my mom in a wheelchair it made for a very long, inconvenient process to and from the actual car pickup/drop off location. If you don’t mind jumping through those hoops, everything else was fine.”

“Friendly & quick service. This was our first time at this particular location — our usual Enterprise is closed on Sundays, so we tried this one instead — and Omar made sure we left happy. Shortly after they closed for the day, we noticed an issue with the car. We didn't think much of it ourselves, but figured we should mention it so it could be addressed before the next renter. When I brought it up, Omar immediately recognized how serious it actually was and thanked me for flagging it. I told him he didn't need to do anything to our account, since we'd already used the car without incident, but he insisted on making things right anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot. We've had consistently good experiences with Enterprise at other locations too, and this one was no exception — Omar in particular was attentive, responsive, and clearly cared that we left satisfied.”

I recently needed to rent a pickup truck for an excursion up in Hyannis, MA, because my everyday car just didn’t have the space to accommodate all of our gear. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was flawless.
The counter representative, Dwayne, was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. He clearly explained all the essentials—the insurance options, how the EZ Pass works, and the refueling policy if I didn't have time to top off the tank before returning it. In today's climate, it is so rare and refreshing to come across someone who is genuinely happy to help and actually wants to be there. He gave my morning a fantastic start.
To top it off, the rental price was great, especially since it included unlimited mileage.
That high level of professionalism and friendliness didn't stop at the front counter, either. Every single employee I encountered—from the team getting the vehicle ready, to the security gate staff, to the crew handling the return—was absolutely wonderful.
This is how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be renting from here again!”
“I had a great experience returning my rental car. I was in a stressful situation because I only had about 20 minutes to get to the collision shop before it closed. Even though the rental office was extremely busy, the manager (Kendall) was incredibly kind and made sure one of the employees (Chris) helped me check out right away.
I was then told there were no drivers available to take me to the collision shop, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. The employee who checked in my car went above and beyond by personally driving me there so I could pick up my vehicle before they closed.
The customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the kindness and willingness to help during a stressful moment. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier. Highly recommend!”

“I rent from the Union. NJ location on Morris Ave. Brett was great. Got to choose from 3 mid-size SUV's and picked the Hyundai.
Was great on gas, had plenty of room and performed great for my trip from the east coast to the midwest.
When I got back, they gave me a ride back to my place.

Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. I find it very convenient that you are able to get picked up from CAR STAR Victory Auto in the event that you need to get your vehicle fixed at the body shop- btw that body shop is also amazing- they do great service.
