“I don’t know if they hired new people, but I just had a great experience at this location. I came to return a gift, but did not realize until I arrived that I was supposed to package it myself. I asked if there was something I could buy to package it, but instead the employee found a spare box for me to use. It was a small gesture, but it really made an impression.”

“I actually just went there to do a return at the UPS drop off. There was a young lady named Sam working that area as well as the print service. There were 2 other customers before me, one of whom was a bit difficult. Sam took the time to acknowledge my presence and to assure me that she'd be with me asap. I've been in retail for close to 30 years and it's always such a pleasure to watch someone doing their job so well! I hope that she is well compensated as she is definitely an asset to the store and to the Staples brand. At checkout I was assisted by another very pleasant employee named Noah who is also an asset to the store.Lynn Donahue”
