“Great experience at this Home Depot! I lost a roll of tape somewhere in the store, and an employee named Mohammed went out of his way to help me track it down — even though it wasn’t really his department or responsibility. He didn’t have to help, but he took the time anyway, and I really appreciated it. It’s the kind of small gesture that makes a difference.”

“As a regular ole retail customer, I came here to buy an AC unit that the website said they had one left in stock. I also called ahead, and the guy who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. Same vibe in the store. I was helped by a lovely man named Christian, who just could not have been friendlier. Service was fast.”
