“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!”

“This is a well-stocked store. During my recent visit I perused the aisles and shelves and a staff member followed me around pretending to arrange the shelves, perhaps suspecting me of shoplifting? They shooed me out of the store. Again, it's a well-stocked store and you can find anything at all there.”

“Usually everything is good except when I asked for help with getting super mop pads. The guy who was helping kept saying the pads he gave me were correct & I told him they weren't but he insisted since he said he had one. I told him the pads I needed were for the super mop. Long story short I went to customer service & they got me the correct one's I needed.”

“Terrific Home Depot!! Very organized and clean, found everything I needed, although getting help requires a few minutes. One of the best Home Depot's I've seen. Extremely efficient curbside pick up process with clear signs. I visited during the coronavirus pandemic. Also the queue for checking out was great compared to other stores. Clean and well lit, fully stocked. As usual it's tricky finding help. Especially when a few are talking together and laughing about something as I watch. Nonetheless the best Home Depot in the area and one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended if choosing between Home Depot's. It's also better than the local Lowe's too by the way. .”

“Stopped by today to get some help with a 100 year old lock that was no longer working. I didn’t want to replace the historic lock; just try to fix it. The guy there was extremely helpful. Parking was easy. Free street parking. Parked right in front of the store. Please stop by this local store to receive friendly helpful one on one help before visiting the big box stores. I’m glad I did.”

“This store is the best in the region.The employees are knowledgeable and caring. They really want to help you find what you need so you don't need to run around looking elsewhere.The shelves are always well organized way beyond any other home depot I've been to.The supervisor, Paul, I never see him doing anything but working and helping and always puts the customer first.I live almost an hour away but THIS is the home depot I travel to because of Paul and all of his help and knowledge.Paul is an exceptional employee and person in general. “I had an online order that was shipped to my house at first was giving the customer desk associates some difficulty when I went to return some of my order. I had purchased too many baseboard diffusers. I appreciated Gena, Evan, and Pat for helping straighten things out. They kept trying until they were able to help me and my husband out. We are in the middle of a renovation and these small helpful moments means a lot when you are going through something complicated. Pat was also there when Marcie helped me recover a missing tile from another purchases for a pickup order a couple days earlier. These associates I look forward to seeing next time I am in Lowe's.”

“If you need any tools, this is the first place you go if you are on a budget. Not as many options as what you would see in home depot or Lowes, but to sleep on this place is a mistake. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, it's not a one stop shop and they don't always have what I need. But the prices can't be beat.”
