Why the bad reviews? I’ve shopped here 3-4 times and always encountered excellent salesperson assistance . Sometime you do have to wait a few minutes if it’s busy. They offer tailoring with fast turn-around times.

Horrible customer service. The assistant manager told me he couldn’t help me with a return b/c he would “get into trouble” and that I had to take it back to the store I bought it from. Just ridiculous. No wonder this store has 3.2.
