As these days it’s not easy to find good hardworking store representative who go out of their way to make your shopping experience worthwhile and save a lot of your time just trying to find stuff in the store ( amongst so much of variety )I was there at this location at Christmas Eve . Was looking for clothing but was tight on time . Went to a register and a bunch of store associate standing on a register asked them if anyone can help me find a particular brand and out of them this young lady named Melkit quickly engaged herself to look for the items . On top of it she even went with me to another floor to help me find something for my niece . Not in the pretext that she will get the sales done but just to help and that too with a smiling face . I was a little stressed out that day doing last minute holiday shopping and she brought ease with her mannerism and calmness and kept on saying She is there to help me with anything until the store closes .I ended up getting quite a few things from Nieman just because of her genuine customer service. I could have gone to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales to look for better deals but choose not to saved a lot of time . Thanks to her and was so relaxed when I got back home !! Thanks to Melkit !”

“I love their shoe section...they have the best sales! Also, their makeup section is pretty amazing. I love the selection of brands and items are always in stock, unlike some other places. Plus, there are sales folks there when you need them but they aren't bugging you every few minutes...I like that.”

“I like this Macy's. I've always been greeted kindly. Everyone is respectful and helpful in all of departments that I go to the most, which are - the Service counter to Pick-up Online orders, Men's, Women's, Juniors, Beauty/Fragrance. The store is clean, it's not messy like some of the other Macy's. The departments have a lot of selections and the floors are organized well.”
