Although it was a short interaction, he made a lasting impression with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. “Huge store spread across two floors. Lots of inventory, really big men's department. Jewelry section is also very impressive, excellent collection, lots of sales. We bought a pair of earrings for 70% discount. Associates are super and do their best to get you the best deal.”

Everyone is respectful and helpful in all of departments that I go to the most, which are - the Service counter to Pick-up Online orders, Men's, Women's, Juniors, Beauty/Fragrance. The store is clean, it's not messy like some of the other Macy's. The departments have a lot of selections and the floors are organized well.”
