Macy's eSpot Kiosk offers a pleasant and organized shopping experience for customers. The store is clean and well-maintained, with neatly folded clothes and well-organized departments. Customers are consistently greeted with kindness and respect by the helpful staff, who provide excellent service at the Service counter, Men's, Women's, Juniors, and Beauty/Fragrance departments. The wide selection of merchandise and the efficient layout of the store make it easy for shoppers to find what they need. Compared to other local Macy's stores, this location stands out with its better stock and overall better shopping experience, despite the proximity of another store in the area.
I am shopping often in Macys Short Hill but any time I am going tha store is getting worse and worse especially men's fittin room.Its a really disaster !Clothes everywhere and no one cares!Nice job to the manger and people who works there!
