Just went to Harbor Freight in Deptford again to pick up a propane heater. After browsing the entire store looking for the heater, I made my way toward the cashier and there in front of the registers was a pile of different heaters including the one I was looking for. Dumb me it us winter season WHT wouldn't they have thr heaters up front? Why I didn't look there 1st is beyond me. Brain fart..lol. in and out in 10 mins including walking through the entire store. I live this place wish there was one closer to me.”

Not much to say except that i had zero issues picking up an online order, none with processing a return and none while doing other miscellaneous shopping. “Good evening Google Family. I visited to return the moth balls that I had purchased previously from another Home Depot location. I decided to take the mothballs back because I purchased them for a cat. I decided that I do not wish to kill the cat, only to keep the feline from vacationing in my backyard. I thought to myself, she might eat the mothball and die on my property, then I would have to dispose of a dead cat. I could not live that down and I do not wish to be labelled a killer of cats. So I returned the moth balls unopened to the place where I purchased them. The transaction was quick. I asked when I arrived where I could return something. Two nice gentlemen customers told me where to go and I went. The young lady associate who assisted me was very nice. I asked where the rest rooms were and she directed me. Very nice and clean. A great shopping experience today, I would certainly come back again and recommend any and all to shop here. “A woman named Christina. I believe she also goes by the name sparkles tho. Which is super cute was so super helpful. I had trouble finding some paint that I needed for an assignment at school. Christina was very patient with me and very helpful and in fact, help me find the exact shape that I was looking for that I could not find at a different store. Without her help, I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten my project done in time. Give this girl a raise lol!!!!!”
“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!

99% of all the people that work here are wonderful. As a contractor I shouldn't have to make this many trips but I'm never bothered by it.
Just the name of you of the best of the best. Mary my favorite cashier. Mike in plumbing. Sam who the whole store would be lost without.
John in returns Torres his family calls him jebediah LOL. Great customer service every time.
