“On August 12th, my family had food catered from McCaffrey's. It was the best experience. We ordered from several different departments and everything was fresh and tasty. The price was affordable. But most importantly everything ran smoothly for our special day. The staff was helpful and polite. The managers were all great and a huge shout out to Ruben the manager for the day. “I would like to share my feelings about the Pennington Market florist department.Certain times in our life can be very difficult and losing a Mom was one of the most difficult days of my life. I had to pick up the pieces and stay strong and follow through with all of the responsibilities I had to make sure my Mom had a wonderful funeral.One of the responsibilities I had was flowers. I sat with Sharon at the Pennington Market to go over what I wanted. She was extremely kind, understanding, and sympathetic with me during time I was there. It was such a pleasure to be able to sit down with someone like her when you are going through such a difficult time.I felt like she was family, as I have been shopping at the Pennington Market for over 50 years, I guess you could actually say they are like family!I explained to Sharon what I would like, and not only did I get what I wanted, but they were even more beautiful than I ever expected.I wanted to express my appreciation for the time that she spent with me and for the beautiful flowers that arrived the morning of my Mom’s funeral.In one way, it’s so sad, because they are so beautiful and we have to place them at the gravesite at the cemetery, but when your Mom is as special as mine was, you want to make everything special!Pennington Market has always been an extraordinary store, and their florist is no exception.If you ever want flowers, for any occasion, I highly recommend using the Pennington Market.Thank you again, SharonRenee Sapnar”

“I always liked their pizza, sandwiches, pasta, and deli dishes. Wish they had working wifi. Prices are high. Has student discount.Their vodka pasta is excellent. I think they have a lot more flavor than Olives.Their pizza is superior to Proof but inferior to Pizza Den if you want crispy NY style.Their sandwiches are far superior to Proof’s soggy mess, and higher quality than Hoagie, but sometimes you need a Hoagie calorie bomb.Today I had a custom sandwich with grilled chicken, mozzarella, balsamic, and roasted red peppers on a roll for $13. It was excellent, and I was delighted that the gentleman toasted the sandwich for me to melt the cheese. Normally, their sandwiches are cold and can be either hoagies, on a roll, or wrap. No paninis here.”

“Aldi stores offer bargains all day. Where can you get a dozen eggs for 80c, cage free for 2 and half bucks? I specifically go to shop for the best German chocolates that they carry for exceptional prices. If interested, there's an aisle of shame, soon to be expiring veggies, ? and others available. Give it a shot. It won't break your bank!”

For instance, they had no raspberries during my most recent visit. They have a plethora of self checkout kiosks, which makes checking out quick and easy. Overall, would recommend.”
