I was having an issue with my new phone (which wasn’t an issue at all, I’m just dumb) and he stayed late at the store waiting for me to return and help because he knew I needed the phone for work. Would absolutely come back here and would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to do the same!”

“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”
