“PROS: This was a good toy/gadget store that I enjoyed being in. They certainly had the most card games on the block and the prices werent bad. good variety and fine size of a store CONS: The employee didnt bother to speak to us or ask us if we needed help. He just sat there looking on his computer. I don't like it when associates are pushy, but i also don't like it when they arent interactive OVERALL: As long as you dont care about not being helped i think this store is great for you to come to if you're looking for a card/board game”

“i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,”

“Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.”

“I was frustrated with cell phone disconnecting from network daily and requiring frequent network reset. I suffered through logging into and waiting for Tech Coach several times. I called 611, only to be told after hours. I finally, out if desperation, went to the Verizon store at the Wegman Center in Bridgewater. Jose B took the time to assess the problem and order a replacement phone under warranty, no charge. The phone arrived and I followed the instructions to activate...unsuccessfully. Yet another round of waiting for Tech Coach, only to get a tape that my account was not covered. Adding insult, 611 once again played tape that it was after business hours. I arrived at Bridgewater store and waited 5-10 minutes to see Jose B. who assesses the situation and activated the phone. Kudos to Jose B!”
