Now that we're upping our game and getting more serious, we've been hunting around trying to find the best service and prices online. Without a doubt, KPODJ is top of the charts in both aspects. We have been working exclusively with Juli who not only came through for us when we bought our new controller, she was able to make recommendations for our new speakers and offer them at a competitive price. When I said we needed the speakers quickly because my wife had a gig the following weekend, Juli tracked down another speaker and case for us and had them dropped shipped so they arrived in plenty of time. The event was a success and we have Juli and KPODJ to thank for it. I highly recommend KOPDJ for all of your DJ needs!”

“Stopped here for gas and snacks. The convenience store is awesome. Has everything a person could want. The gas is reasonably priced and the attendant was amazing. Courteous and efficient is what you would you would expect and he exceeded my expectations. His personality and humor are over the top. It was actually an extremely pleasant experience. I would go out of my way to stop there if I am in the area. The staff make you feel very welcome which is rare today”

However I notice the Billing charges in the app and online are for the deleted phone. Please make necessary corrections as I am certain the phone in my possession is the Plus version as verified in my phone's settings. About which shows my name and the Galaxy s25+ together.”
“I have been dealing with his store since they opened a very long time ago. I can honestly say despite the changes in staffing and everything else they are still the best store to go to. Chuck, the manager is amazing even when he’s off he answers and respond to issues or problems. I even scheduled some work to be done in In Florida and he helped me with that when somebody in Florida screwed it up again I wouldn’t go anywhere else and the people at work at the Rockaway store are pretty darn awesome. “What a helpful staff. Greeted by a manager which took our information & problem with an iPhone. Then lead us to our seats & said a technician would be right with us. A manager followed a few minutes later to let us know we were next. Our technician, April, took care of our complex problem with a smile & was so knowledgeable. Our issue took a while & she worked with other customers as our phone was backed up & rebooted, checking with as the process continued. I recommend the Apple “Genius Counter” but better to come with an appointment. Thanks to all at the Rockaway Apple Store.”

“I worked with Tracey to set up our appointment to have our generator serviced and she was great. She remembered me immediately from a previous call and found me a technician next day for our service.
Tucker was our technician, he was one of the best service men I have dealt with. We are in a 15000 sqft building and Tucker took his time walking through the entire building and finding a solution to my issue of having the unit connected to the app. As the new building manager he was patient, kind, and explained the system in detail for me since it was new and I am still getting familiar with the building. I am grateful for this company, its customer service and having a team that I know can help me.
