“This may be my favorite store. I've bought tons of camping, fishing, and travel gear from here. My mystery ranch backpack as well as tons of clothes have come from here. It's a store suited for outdoor activities with a good section for home goods, hygiene, and even pets. I highly recommend this store to anyone for good deals.”

“All the staff are friendly and polite. They have nice dresses and bags. I like that they have a lot of things on sale most of the time. The Sephora in the store is small but very convenient. The store is always clean & tidy. Customer service representative’s are always at their station and ready to attend to you. LOVE that there is an amazon’s return center in the store available. I’m happy there’s a Kohls so close to me! Overall very pleasant experience. Just missing a coffee spot in the store ?.”

“Just visited again today. The location located on Springfield Ave in Newark NJ. Again staff is always professional and courteous, store is always neat and clean. They have a few things I may go back for, but this trip was solely for my wife's business not pleasure. But I will be returning in the future. So far every location I've visited is the same across the board. The level of service and professionalism and cleanliness is unmatched when comparing to other big box retailers.”

“This store always has great and unexpected items. It is a well laid out store, easy to navigate through the aisles. I say that, and then I will say that the furniture area can be a bit tricky to navigate and utilizing a shopping cart.”
“I like this store. Everyone is so helpful and nice. It sells everything from kitchenware, bath ware, rugs, and toys. They don't have as much furniture as they use to, but I was able to find a counter shelf/microwave cart for my kitchen. I was able to find nice gifts for Christmas. I went there 3 days straight. I still recomnend it.”
“Ann and Xavier/javier (the manager) in the sunglasses department were exceptional. They helped me with an exchange when I didn’t have my receipt. “I shopped in the Cosmetics department. The team is terrific!I needed help in a line without a counter person. The manager from another line came over to assist and helped me successfully find what I needed.”
“I went to get a storage box, but there was a lot of really nice things for the house at good prices. I did pick up three items that were bathroom accessories that didn’t have prices on them… the team there however, was very very sweet and very patient. They tried their hardest to look up all of the SKUs so that I would be able to purchase the items I was there for longer than expected but honestly, they did their best and were so nice. I didn’t catch the name of the woman in the front that was ringing me out, but she was very nice to everyone that she was ringing up and it was a pleasant experience overall. As a retail district manager, I really appreciate great service and I didn’t have the highest expectations going in, but I definitely appreciated all of the employees that were there.”
“I’ve been coming here for years with my family like many other reviewers have stated this place is very VERY crowded. They have an OK selection of product though it’s a bit more expensive compared to other stores. We usually just come here to buy kitchen and bathroom curtains. The place looks run down. Customer service is okay, I have nothing negative to say really. The clothes for men usually go up 2XL max.”
