“After an amazing dinner & drinks at the Sand Bar, my fiancee and I noticed our car battery was dead. The entire staff - from the hostess, to the front desk, security, and most importantly valet - went above and beyond in helping us get our car battery jumped and safely out of the parking lot. The men who helped the most from the valet team refused a tip to show how grateful we were.
Our time at the sand bar is always great but this time we got to see first hand what a great staff you have at your establishment. THANK YOU!”

“First time staying here and we were greeted by Sandy at the front desk she was a trip! Funny and personable. We stayed in room type C. it was raining the one night so the 9 of us hung out in our room. There was plenty of seating between the sofa and table and chairs . Very friendly people and clean and happy atmosphere. We will stay here again!”

“We have not stayed at the reges in 6 years, we have not been to the shore since then. We always loved staying here. The staff were very attentive and warm. The rooms do need to be updated. Internet ready tvs would be a great uodate to enjoy a catch up on shows at night. My bed was very uncomfortable. Our room had a toilet seat with 2 big chips on the seat, gross. The shower drain was rusty. I was sad that they stopped the towel service at the pool. The heated pool was still nice, lobby clean and neat. One of the elevators were down during our stay, I'm sure it will be back to running soon. The front desk was able to get us an early check-in, which was great. The location is always great, who doesn't love that beach view from your balcony!!! Some of the drawer handles on the dresser were sticky when first arriving to our room but the housekeeping staff redeemed themselves by keeping our room serviced andwell stocked during our stay. I love having my bed made during my vacation, and Dawn did not disappoint!!! I'm sure we will give it another try our next trip, you can't beat the staff, view and location.”

The pool area was very nice.. And the ice cream was excellent... My spouse would go here with her family when she was younger, so we decided to go here 50 years later. “The Port Royal is a great hotel. Me and my family have been going to this hotel the past 15 summers and it never disappoints. Amazing Service, the restaurant has very good food, room are very clean and nice, the pool is nice, everything about this hotel is perfect for a wildwood stay. Since it’s like a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the 2026 season. My favorite place to stay ❤️”

From the moment I stepped into the ICONA lobby, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality by Noah Fox and Tracie Lyn Evans, two employees who represent the very best of what this beautiful beachfront hotel has to offer. As a local resident looking for a place to recommend to visiting friends and family—since I don’t have the space to host them at home—I had stopped by to request a tour. What I received was far beyond anything I expected.

Noah Fox was the first to welcome me, offering a warm, genuine greeting and immediately making me feel valued. He gave me a thoughtful, individualized tour of the hotel, walking me through the property, explaining each amenity, and answering every question with clarity and enthusiasm. His professionalism, care, and natural kindness were evident in every interaction—whether with me, other guests, or fellow staff members. Noah consistently went out of his way to ensure everyone around him felt supported and well taken care of.

Tracie Lyn Evans then continued the experience with the same impeccable level of service. She provided another personalized tour, offering an in-depth look at the rooms, dining options, recreation spaces, and the overall feel of the property. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and heartfelt pride in ICONA truly stood out. I watched Tracie engage with guests and employees throughout the hotel, and her warmth, courtesy, and professionalism were unmistakable. She has a gift for making people feel welcome and appreciated.

Together, Noah and Tracie created an experience that was informative, gracious, and memorable. Their combined dedication, hospitality, and genuine care speak volumes about ICONA’s standards. “Our stay at the Quebec by the Sea was the best! Lobby staff was very accommodating and friendly! I can't say enough about the housekeeping staff!!! Very very friendly! “I have been renting Unit 103 for several years now and always enjoy our stay. The unit is beautifully furnished, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is great when two women are getting ready to go out! There is a fully furnished kitchen and full sized refrigerator if you want to cook. 103 has a nice view of the ocean and a balcony with chairs that is wonderful to start your morning with a cup of coffee. The condo also gives you wristbands to the pool which is privately owned. The pool has a bar and music which overlooks the ocean.
Mary and John who are the owners of the condo are a pleasure to work with. They are always available by phone if you need anything because they want you to enjoy your stay and to come back. In previous years, the condos had a management company which the owners of all the condos fired and now you book directly with the owners which is such a pleasure! I already booked my reservation for next year! You won’t be disappointed with your stay in Unit 103.

“Clean, well kept, right on the beach, really nice pool. Its dated but super clean and in good shape so who cares. I have a softspot for those colors in bathrooms anyway. Not overly patrolled or policed, yes you can have a beer at the pool, yes you can have a cigarette outside your room. Very good place to stay. We will return.”

“I came here for Tiki by the Sea and had the best time. The hosts was a wonderful couple and the place is family owned so you can’t beat the hospitality. The pool is heated, they had a small pavilion area for us to hang out at that was covered which was nice since it rained for most of the time we were there. We were walking distance to the beach so it was so nice in the morning to go to. The place has so much character and the rooms were so old school. Beds were comfy and showers were hot! Probably the best “motel” I’ve stayed at. Would love to come back sometime!”
