From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right at the door. The pickup process was quick and easy. At the register, Sarah assisted me, and she was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, asked how she could help, and once I mentioned I was there for a pickup, she efficiently requested the code and my ID.
She politely excused herself to retrieve the item from the back and returned promptly. Once everything was complete, she thanked me and sent me off with a beautiful, genuine smile. You could really tell she takes pride in her work and values great customer service.

However I notice the Billing charges in the app and online are for the deleted phone. “I went to the 7-11 in the morning and bought a cup of coffee. The staff was very pleasant as they asked me how my day was going. On my way out, I accidentally left my phone at the store. I did not realize until about half way through my day that my phone was missing. I searched everywhere for it. Finally, I decided to ask the manager at the 7-11 if he had seen it. He had placed the phone in a safe spot and was awaiting my arrival. He gave me the phone and even offered my child a free candy! What an experience!”

“My girlfriend and I visited the Roxbury Mall today because we heard about the grand opening of a new Charleys Cheesesteak. Boy, were we glad we did! I had a nine inch Original Cheesesteak, which was out of this world! The steak was delicious while the cheese was melted to gooey perfection, and the onions were carmelized perfectly. And all of this deliciousness sat upon a magnificent roll that I could have eaten a dozen of just by themselves. I then had boneless chicken wings with mangohalapeno sauce. They were unbelievable and the sauce was sweet at first and then burst with a spiciness that was so wonderful! My girlfriend had the six inch Teriyaki Chicken. She usually only eats half the sandwich and saves the rest. Not today. She ate the whole thing, took a big bite of my Philly Cheesesteak, and finished off with a soft vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone. The service was the best I've received in a long time, and the owners were there making sure every customer had a great experience and would want to come back. I know they have sold my girlfriend and me, and we will be back!”
