“While I understand every store has its own policy regarding pets, the size of the store should be taken into consideration. This location is 3 or 4 times deeper than it is wide, with a lot of floor space used for merchandise stands. As such, the walkways are really only wide enough for one person, two if you're willing to squeeze past. This meant that when someone brought their large dog in, even on a leash, it was significantly more difficult to navigate the store.Regardless, the staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The quickly and confidently helped me pick out the right product, and worked with me to replace a defective product I have purchased only a few weeks prior.”

“Turns out that the owner of this company took my review seriously and owned their fault with being short staffed and having senior members of staff having Covid and all the reasons why I was on the wrong thing. They upgraded me from a used unit to a brand new unit and gave me a return shipping label for the wrong item sent. Hopefully my new flight case will make it on time for my gig that I have what I need to fly with my Denon Prime 4. Thanks fir your efforts to make this right.”

“I'm giving this place five stars because of this one guy who works there. He's tall, lean, usually wears a black hoodie, and is the NICEST person I have ever met working in a convenience store. Honestly like I have had two memorable interactions with this guy. He greeted me upon entering, asked me how my day was, made me aware of the 7-Eleven rewards program, and gave me a fond farewell...and I wasn't the only one who was receiving this treatment. Seriously this guy either needs a raise, promotion, or needs to work in fine dining because he's solid and knows how to make a guest leave his house happy.”

“I went to the 7-11 in the morning and bought a cup of coffee. The staff was very pleasant as they asked me how my day was going. On my way out, I accidentally left my phone at the store. I did not realize until about half way through my day that my phone was missing. I searched everywhere for it. Finally, I decided to ask the manager at the 7-11 if he had seen it. He had placed the phone in a safe spot and was awaiting my arrival. He gave me the phone and even offered my child a free candy! What an experience!”

“I just want to take a minute to praise the pharmacist who helped me this morning. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she was working at the Rockaway store (260 Highway 46). She went out of her way to help me and saved me money in the process. The young lady behind the counter (I think her name is Alexandra, and she can name the pharmacist) was also very helpful and is always cheerful. Employees like these deserve to be recognized for the good work they do--and the customer loyalty they win!”

“Mike Ramos was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at this location. I was able to apply and get approved for a Verizon Visa card within minutes which will lower my monthly bill $30/month.My husband and I went back two days later and Mike transferred all data from his old phone to the new one. He was very friendly and answered all concerns/questions thoroughly. Will definitely not waste my time calling Verizon Customer Service again anytime soon. Thank you Michael!Unfortunately Verizon Wireless customer service were pretty useless when I had to change my plan recently and asked about my $10/line autopay/paperless billing discount. Apparently I never received it so have file a complaint with the FCC. Customer service at Verizon Wireless instructed me to go to the store if I wanted to get a Verizon Visa Card which would lower my bill $10/line/month x 3 which I could not do online due to an error message and no one could help me. Hence the trip to the store.”

“Under the new ownership this 7/11 location has really turned the customer experience around and made it friendly. The owners are there everyday personally paying attention to all of the food and inventory needs and building relationships with customers like me, it’s a wonderful feeling to know that they have your coffee and food order memorized before you check out.It’s also unfortunate that due to the township by laws they’ve had to change hours at no fault of theirs but the town policies.Give them a chance, understand and empathize the service industry is a two way street.”
“So far so good ! Not a lover of self check out but you don't have a choice anymore. The store is brand new so it's clean. Most of the shelves are full. I like that they have separate entrances for food and one home and pharmacy. Haven't seen any of the strange Walmart sites you normally see there but I'm sure I will eventually.”

After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.”

“My girlfriend and I visited the Roxbury Mall today because we heard about the grand opening of a new Charleys Cheesesteak. Boy, were we glad we did! I had a nine inch Original Cheesesteak, which was out of this world! The steak was delicious while the cheese was melted to gooey perfection, and the onions were carmelized perfectly. And all of this deliciousness sat upon a magnificent roll that I could have eaten a dozen of just by themselves. I then had boneless chicken wings with mangohalapeno sauce. They were unbelievable and the sauce was sweet at first and then burst with a spiciness that was so wonderful! My girlfriend had the six inch Teriyaki Chicken. She usually only eats half the sandwich and saves the rest. Not today. She ate the whole thing, took a big bite of my Philly Cheesesteak, and finished off with a soft vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone. The service was the best I've received in a long time, and the owners were there making sure every customer had a great experience and would want to come back. I know they have sold my girlfriend and me, and we will be back!”
