“We love living here! And in addition to the amenities which are fantastic what really makes it special is the staff. They are amazing!! Shekinah in the leasing office and Michael. His name is escaping me but we also have the best security/front desk staff who knows residents by name and he is always so kind! Management is always responsive and repairs are timely, repair men are friendly and helpful. Plus the events! My favorite has been the paint and sip with Tiffany. We had a great time! Hope to continue seeing those! They have workout classes every week, yoga on the roof, chess. This was our first apartment after college, and it’s been a great experience :) Thank you Estela and team and to anyone considering highly recommend!!”

The leasing department went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. They were professional, friendly, and always available to answer our questions, making us feel valued every step of the way.
Moving can be overwhelming, but the leasing team made everything so easy. From the application process to move-in day, everything was organized and seamless. They were very accomodating of our situation and really worked with us to make sure we could move in quickly and on time. They truly care about their residents and made us feel right at home from day one.
We are so happy with our decision to move into this complex for all of its amenities and comforts, but even more thrilled that the team here has it together. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with outstanding customer service. My girlfriend and I got the approval to lease the apartment within less than 24 hours and its a beautiful/refurbished space.
Specifically Esmeralda has gone above & beyond to make this process smooth as butter.
She responds to any requests you have immediately and she is very knowledgeable with the layout of the apartments.
She made this whole process a joyful one!”
“I had a great time living at this apartment for a year. For some context, I lived in a non-renovated studio but there was simply no other apartment on the market for the price like it at the time in the UWS. The renovated units here are absolutely beautiful and even my non-renovated apartment had nice appliances, just had a bit of a beat up parquet floor.
First for the pros:
- The lobby is beautiful
- I loved my apartment- beautiful partial river view, tons of sunlight, high floor, solid square footage for a studio
- Elevators are high tech and efficient- only a handful of times where I had to wait for a while, generally always got one fast and had it to myself most of the time
- Staff are all extremely nice and helpful and help foster a overall warm, friendly atmosphere
- Relatively fast response to work orders
- Management responsive to emails
- Their gym is ELITE for a building gym. If you’re a serious lifter you have everything you need here- dumbbells up to 100 pounds, multiple racks, large variety of machines and even a half basketball court! This was my favorite part and a big reason why I chose this building in particular.
Now for the cons, which were mainly due to my unit being non-renovated and shouldn’t have these same issues in renovated apartment:
- Bathroom sink was leaky and couldn’t be fixed
- Shower was slow to drain
- Wind could be extremely loud at times
- HVAC unit would make loud noises and occasionally had issues
- Occasionally saw silverfish in my apt
- Far from the subway but that’s known
Overall, really great experience living here and going to miss it- I had a special time here. If it weren’t for life circumstances definitely would’ve stayed another year!”

“I’ve lived here for over 20 years and the location is excellent - incredibly convenient, with Central Park, Columbus Circle, and multiple major subway lines all within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are spacious for NYC, with large windows and lots of natural light. Windows were upgraded a few years back and significantly reduced street noise, which makes the apartment feel like an oasis in the middle of the city.
The doormen and staff are all lovely and go out of their way to help. Maintenance is very responsive and requests are almost always resolved same day. Would absolutely recommend.”

“Recently moved a few weeks ago to Village on the Green. ABSOLUTELY love it here! Apartment was move in ready, clean & completely updated. Having only lived here approx. 2 wks, I am very impressed with the constant upkeep whether its repairs, landscaping, cleaning walkways & entry ways ( inside & out). The other morning when i opened my door, there was someone cleaning cobwebs & vacuuming the entryway!! Very happy w my decision to move to VOG , beautiful community, pet friendly, nice people! Cant thank Anna enough for all her help, kindness & professionalism!!!! She is the BEST!”

“Serenity , sublime wash of natural light in every unit . Details that are honest in materiality , are considered and will age beautifully when taken care of . Staff was helpful but not invasive . Friendly welcoming and I don’t even live there yet.
And I’m a design and architecture geek so I love the argyle steel and concrete exoskeleton over the glass box .”

I had to move due to personal changes in life and made the decision last minute but Jenna from management was so understanding and accommodating.
