“First time eating here. Went with a reservation for 6pm.. it was a good thing cause within 15 minutes almost all tables were taken. Nice menu and food was very tasty with good sized portions. Will definitely revisit the restaurant. There if plenty of parking! A bit on the noisy side”

“I have traveled extensively around the world. My last trip took me to New York for medical treatment. I needed a long term stay hotel with kitchen amenities. I was directed to AKA Sutton. From April until July, I experienced the most superb service and comfortable lodging I have ever encountered. The hotel has everything possible to allow you to feel at home. It is convenient to transportation, restaurants and hospital facilities. There are no words to describe the wonderful staff. Every employee becomes your family with legitimate warmth and care. I have never experienced anything quite similar to the AKA Sutton. I would like to mention the incredible staff who made my stay the absolute best I have ever had in all my travels. All facilities look very well taken care of. Apartment units are furnished with modern appliances and the building as well as the apartment units are full of smart features like being able to open doors and check intercoms through your phone, reporting appartement issues to the maintenance staff through an app, thermostats for every room and the list goes on.There is in building parking with electric chargers, fios, optimun and other internet providers and they are looking to add retail spaces to the buildings.All the staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and they seem to care about being able to create a community and help residents connect with each other. The office manager Lea has addressed any issues me and my husband have ever had regarding the apartment, cannot complain, we have called the super Sokol on several occasions to fix things in the apartment and he has literally been there within 30 minutes. He's awesome and super friendly! Even during bad weather, the building is always taken care of with the snow being removed before I even get in my garage and leave to work.”

“Update on 9/16/23: the road has completed construction for a while, no noise any more….i see the building has replied as wellI moved in on 8/31/23. Every single night, there is the road construction going on!! It’s 1:45am now, the construction is non stop!!! All night long!!! With the truck beeping all the time, along with mechanism noise!!! Seriously!!! Horrible!!!! I have taken videos with evidence! The leasing office never mentioned anything about a construction at night! It ruined my sleep and my life!! I’ll see how longacre leasing office will solve this issue for me, and will keep everyone updated here. Here is a photo since I couldn’t upload video here. Everyone, before you move in, be careful and ask leasing office about the noise first!!!!”

“No hot water for over a month, and the issue Update - the water issue has been fixed finally, hopefully it doesn't fail again.is still going on! Can you believe it, the apartment fails to provide hot water required by code for over a month after we move in! So we couldn't shower! The management always says they are working on the issue, but there's just no hot water. Please fix ASAP. PS. Our unit is not the only one that's having hot water issue.”
