I have had a business relationship with PNC Bank for several years, but my experience with Provident Bank has truly set a new standard. From Lisa Majano (Senior Banker) at the Teaneck branch, to David Lee (Branch Manager), and Bryce Coughlin (First Vice President & Market Manager), I cannot thank this team enough for the outstanding service they provided.

I was seeking approval for a commercial loan, and despite having a solid relationship with my current bank, sufficient funds, and an excellent credit score, they were unable to approve my application. I was pleasantly surprised that David himself would frequently pick up the phone—something that is often challenging with other banks.
