“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“All these people complaining maybe the ones who don’t pay their bills. Never had problem here. Yes they can get busy and things maybe slightly delayed but not terribly. Yes everyone double parks at every business on Gramatan Avenue not in owners control. If you are using this as a business address then pay your business bills. “Stopped by earlier in the week to send out some items I had to return. I showed up with no box and completely unprepared. The worker there was beyond kind, patient and helpful. She did not rush me, helped me find a box that would fit my items and helped me get it sealed up. First ever positive experience at a USPS location.”
“I had such a lovely experience this morning with the red haired woman who was working today (I unfortunately did not get her name) and it left a good impression on me! She was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel bad if I missed something on the customs form I filled out. Sometimes going to the post office can be anxiety inducing, but she was very sweet! I've also had a good experience with the young man who works there as well. I'd say sometimes if you go in with a good and gentle disposition, you'll usually get a normal experience. They work hard and sometimes it's just one person attending so I understand when things are less than ideal. But things go so smoothly when they also treat you with kindness and respect, so kudos to this location and their staff!”
