“I usually shop at Monroe Tractor Supply, because it’s close to my home, but they didn’t have an item I wanted. I made a trip to the Middletown store and was pleasantly surprised at how the store was fully stocked with everything! “This place has a little bit of everything at a decent cost. There are some adorable doggie outfits and toys here, along with some nice plate sets. This is the first time I've been in a combined Marshalls/HomeGoods. I also liked the select of food and ingredients.I wanted to purchase a stand I saw and asked an associate named Patty for help. She was super helpful, brought the item to the front for me, and waited till I loaded my vehicle to confirm that it fit and that I could take the item home the same day.I'll be back here to check things out when I need something. I'm only removing one star because the stickers on items, HomeGood or by the vendor can be horrible to take off, causing a lot of frustration, especially with food items.”

She was able to borrow a neighbor's phone and called her "plan" to ask what happened?.....The answer was ....."This plan will cease immediately for ALL" Judy frantically explained her medical frailty.....the reply...'We do not care! Goodbye!'....well just so you know.....Hospitals call her, Doctors call her.....I am telling you all this to explain 'OSL Tim's' depth of character and his commitment to excellence!Judy wanted to see if Neptune Walmart could turn her phone back on...... So with Walker in hand as a guide and two of her Senior BFFs She came on Tuesday afternoon ....and met #OSL TIM! What a fine example of a GREAT TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST! Tim practiced a. Active Listening, b. Effective Communication, c. Adaptibility, and d. an abundance of product knowledge on both plans and phones geared exclusively to an age group.Best Outcome Scenario....Judy found a phone...loves it...price was doable. “I'm going to probably come here for the rest of my life whenever I need a shirt with a button down or a collar. We hit this place up after going to the Monmouth Mall because I was starting a new job and I thought I needed to really look snazzy and cool. So I spent like 80 bucks on three shirts walking away. Feeling like a dingus. On the way home we see a t.J Maxx and quickly I realized the error of my ways. I saw five shirts that totally hit the mark and I spent less than 60 bucks. And honestly they were just totally better than the stuff I had in the mall. So now I have the anxiety filled dread of the returns I have to make in my trunk, but fueled by the excitement of my TJ Maxx purchase, I went to my new job with my new clothes, confidence boosting all thanks to the wonderful assortment of TJ Maxx items. “We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

Macys of Eatontown was not that. Anthony LaPorte was our Furniture Specialist that gave us professional assistance without the pressure sale. Macy's has a very good selection of quality furniture. We will be back due to the service provided by Anthony LaPorte.”
