“I had a serious issue with my phone. I was unable to use it since I locked it out attempting to lock down the Sim. I went into the Totowa store and was assisted by Dan Stevanovic. I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”
“I came to PC Richard to purchase a new washer and dryer. Jamel helped me. I knew the brand that i wanted. Jamel worked with me to price match from another store. Jamel also gave me his number so i can follow up with him. He did not hesitate to respond to my calls and to help sort out delivery. I would come back to the store for my appliances. Plus my washer and dryer is great. I do my laundry in half the time now”

“Stopped in to ask about current Verizon trade in terms. Actual offer on iphone7+ was better than I expected. Backed up my phones at home and brought them back. Dropped off old phones for transfer. Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”

“My parents and i got new phones this past week. We bought the Motorola stylus 5g.
The worker here, was misinformed about the Moto Stylus 5G. Told us, if we lose the stylus that came with this phone, we would have to buy a whole new phone.
This is wrong.
IF you lose the stylus, you CAN purchase a new stylus for $15.00 off of motorola's website.”

“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”
“Had a great experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and I was able to get relevant gaming stuff from them without issue. They weren’t pushy at all and provided really valuable feedback. “Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”
