The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and depending on the day and time itβs never too crowded where you feel overwhelmed or like you need to constantly keep going through an obstacle course of people. Everyone knows this place has the most unique snacks, frozen items shelf items and itβs honestly exciting to go and see what selection they have, especially with the seasonal additions.β
βI recently ordered some appetizers for a graduation party for 50 people. Linda the manager of catering was so helpful. The delivery arrived in the time slot it was scheduled for. The trays came with the food still hot.They even supplied utensils and serving spoons! The appetizers and salads were delicious! Everything was perfect! βIt is not easy to get in given that the parking lot on a Sunday was beyond full, and to make it even better there were people and vehicles going in every direction. An accident waiting to happen. They apparently have a parking structure as well but I saw no signs nor evidence of it.
That being said the store has an amazing selection of kosher foods. Deli, meat and fish departments, bakery, sushi, it just goes on and on. Was able to get some things that we could not find anywhere else, e.g. farmer cheese in multiple sizes from multiple different dairies, frozen gefilte fish, again many types and brands, great onion pockets and challah rolls, etc. The store was extremely crowded and difficult to navigate but overall wonderful to see such a selection of foods of my heritage.β

Nina checked throughly to make sure my eggs were not cracked and when she saw my cilantro was a bit wilted she called over to have someone grab me a fresher one!!! 11/10 service! Thanks Nina!!!!!!β

βHaven’t been able to go to Terri Lee in Maywood, NJ for quite a while due to medical reasons. This shop is a one-stop destination for all your favorite Asian groceries, offering great quality at “very reasonable prices”. The owner is lovely and provides excellent service—if it’s hard to find, you’ll find it here! Every Saturday features a fantastic selection of familiar street food, fresh produce, dried goods, and kitchenware. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful business. Photo is missing lots of frozen favorite food, it’s in my fridge. I’ll definitely be back! Choke dee na ka!β
βIf u miss little treats from grece, turkie or Albania, like the name mediterrranean stuff, u can find everything here, the staff is very friendly and kind, ready to help u to find the things u need.β
βDefinitely a great place to get fresh fruit and vegetables, they have a good meat section as well although I tend to skip their fish and seafood section. They have a lot of frozen and canned and dry Asian goods particularly focused on Korean food. If you can't find the Korean ramen you want, I am very surprised as that is practically a whole aisle on its own.
Service used to be better here, now the staff looks a little more tired and busy. The front has a good food court filled with Korean fried chicken, kimbap, noodle and other shops.β

βThis Asian grocery store is great! You can find anything you need for your dinner recipes. The vegetables and fruit are fresh. There are premade food as well as a little area that sells freshly made items. I finally found a smaller wok here and it is really well made.β

βI always make my purchases, but one time the guy made a mistake and they overcharged me... but then the person in charge and they helped me... It's good to see your receipt before throwing it away, we are not perfect and we can make mistakes... .and from there my favorite place to buy PLATAN AND BANANA HEHEHEHEβ

βfirst time writing a review only because the sushi reminded me of japan, a small mom and pop shop selling incredible sushi wayyyy better than the overpriced omakase sushi around, and a great way to support local business! i bought matcha whisk as well because mine was falling apart😅β
βThe best farmers market to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Yes it is small but very clean. The workers are very friendly. You can't beat the prices. They also carry fresh flower arrangements.β

βI got a delivery sent with meat included… opened the package and meat smelled terrible…. I called the store and they were so nice about it and had a driver bring fresh meat within the same 5 min! Was a pleasure dealing with them!!β

βMatko boska! The selection and prices here are very good. I will return to this establishment and Polish district overall. I would however check the expiration date on things to make sure they aren't already expired before you buy. I bought about 50 items and I only found 1 or 2 that were expired but a few that would be expiring within the next 60 days. The other problem here is the lady that works there is from the communist Poland era so don't expect any good customer service skills. She seems annoyed at having to work here and isn't willing to help much, probably didn't get any Biden bucks.β

βThis evening around 6pm I went into the store for a few items...there were only two cashiers on duty. The woman in front of me had a huge order. Ben had already shut off his light to quit for the day, when he noticed I only had a few items. He motioned me to come over to check me out, when another customer came behind me as well to check out. Ben checked us both out and saved us a long wait. KUDOS to Ben, he repeatedly goes above and beyond for the customers. I always try to go on his line bc he is always very pleasant and so friendly.β
