“Wow! Just received the best customer service from Randy. He saw my carrying my sleeping baby and without hesitation help me put a 40 pound bag of pellets in my cart. Not only that he pushed the cart up the the register for me. Awesome job Randy and thank you again for your help. Carrying a baby and picking up fourty pounds was going to be such a struggle and you made it easy.”
“Michelle in appliances was a god sent- she helped fix a online order mistake through Lowe’s that was not even the store’s fault- just the online website- she honored my appliance price while getting me next day delivery. I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication she showed in customer care - it also didn’t take a long process at all. The team at Deptford are great - give them all raises!”
“This was the first depot trip I've ever had where I was greeted as I walked in the door, and given guidance then was actively interacted with several times throughout the store. Was probly the most friendly staff I've encountered at any home depot.”
“I was visiting sicklerville lowes because it is closer to my house and I was helped by a wonderful young man named Dave. I had a little trouble with the item I bought and he returned it for me and suggested a better one! He mentioned surveys but I can’t figure it out without my grandson. I want to say that he is one of the nicest young workers I have encountered in the establishment. We need more people like him from that generation. I am hopeful that any future problems get solved with Dave since he is so patient and knowledgeable.”

Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
