“Today I went to go pick up a 6" rpz valve and I was having a rough day so I wasn't exactly nice to the gentleman helping me. In fact I was a little rude. Instead of him being rude back he went above and beyond to help me. The guy was a stand-up guy and I definitely will be coming back here due to the customer service I received it today. I forget the gentleman's name but his desk is farthest back he is bald and he has an earring. The guy is a professional. Tha k you for your help GPS”

“I went to get a 2-ton Jack I asked two people to help me they pointed me in a direction that the Jack was not there a third person heard me talking about the jack they went above and beyond to find the jack for me I really appreciate it that man's service it's been a long time since I've seen somebody try to help like that man did I believe he was a manager if not he should be”
