Came in as a stranger, left feeling like a valued old friend.My usual new car dealer wrote up a lease loaded with extra charges and up front fees on a more expensive model than I usually drive, loaded with gadgets I would never want or use and blamed the off-the-wall price on the supply chain, the chip shortage, the virus, the vaccine, China, Congress and everyone else except his own dealership's greed.It took over a week but Joel found the car I wanted, without selling me options I didn't want or need. The monthly payment is higher than I was paying on the same model on my previous lease but $200 a month less than I almost paid before I heard about Leaseland, and no money down, just as I asked him to quote it.”

“Service department was exceptional but I was disappointed with the sales team. I wanted to purchase a car for my daughter walk the entire showroom all sales associates where hanging out not approaching us like we had some kind of disease. I even shouted I was interested in a model that was posted next to a salesperson. The only thing I got was a smile. Very disappointing. They were more concerned on how they look and their free coffee.”

“Everything is great with the team and the cars. The issue I have with enterprise is, you have the option to use their ezpass for a fee or use your own. I use my own ezpass and they charge me anyway so I wind up paying twice and a fee for using theirs. Anyone that knows how expensive it is to cross bridges or go through tolls in NY/NJ paying once is ridiculous enough. Going over the GW Bridge costs me 15.38x 2 + 9.00=39.76 one way. Paying twice is unacceptable. They give you a number to correct the issue and the people on that end tell you there is nothing they can do about it.”
“while looking for a convenient place to rent a car, we found budget on route 17 S. in Paramus. We wanted a specific Stylist Car. They seem to have everything we were looking for at the correct price we were looking to spend. When we arrived, the car was ready for us spotless, full tank of gas. The gentleman that helped us was attentive, friendly, and informative. When we returned the car, they inspected it, so everything perfect and we were on our way”
“I rent from the Westwood, NJ office almost once a week for business. The entire staff in Westwood is always friendly helpful and accomidating all the time. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces all the time. The only downfall in enterprise, is not about the staff, it's about the general process of switching out management and staff and moving them around. Once I get familiar and build a good repor, Enterprise moves them to a new location. I feel consistancy in the staff helps the process go smoothly.”

“Rented from this location several times. No issues whatsoever. They pick you up and drop you off.Staff is attentive and hard working. No extensive wait times, even though they are busy.Please read all the paperwork before renting. Taxes and fees can add up to almost half the car rental price, car rental agency cannot control this.Major credit card is always required for rental, deposit is always charged to the card by any rental agency and credited back once you return the vehicle.”

“They are a boutique car leasing busines with a loyal customer base that goes back years and years. True that they are a bit antiquated without a website and social media or online presence, but that is because they are a "boutique" company that specializes in servicing a recommendation, word of mouth customer base that will spread the word that the owners, Jacob & Chett with their strong car dealerships & banking relations can get their patrons a very good leasing price. It's such a convenience to stop in on this place and get the scoop on prices for any make or model and know you are getting a very cost effective price without having to go from dealer to dealer to figure this out which can take much longer to do.PS: Lisa, i assume you are Chett's wife. “So happily shocked to find a mid-size SUV for same-day rental til next morning, for under $57 -total-, unlimited mileage! For me, this quickly & easily solved an unexpected problem. No surprise fees, nothing added on at the end, and great service. I will be back. Thank you!!One star deducted only for:- *Be aware (I don't think online reservation stated) you can't leave your own car there* while you're using the rental; so you'll need to get a ride there. Overnight parking is the only further amenity I could wish for.§ (I wonder - could they not rent or purchase, & pave to connect, the small parking lot section directly behind the Avis - part of, but farthest from, the very vacant former-Kmart, next door at 857 17-South - & as an amenity, would that generate enough in overnight or weekly parking fees to cover the cost? My 2¢.)- Also, vehicle indicated needing oil change at pickup; but no issues.”

“big shoutout to the very friendly staff. When I showed up after the reservation, they already prepped everything I needed so it went super quick and smooth. The location is hidden between two big gas station signs so hard to notice by driving by, but this location gave me far better experience than other places in Ramsey and Ridgewood neighborhood.”
