“I can’t give them enough stars. I got down to brigantine for a nice relaxing vacation with the family. On the 4th day, my wife brought my 2002 ford explorer’s passenger window down and it suddenly stopped working. She’s pregnant, there’s a heat wave, and there was no way I would be able to drive her back to Brooklyn with that window open.
The folks at Good Diehl were amazing. The staff member at the front desk was very professional and understanding. I dropped my car off yesterday at 2pm and they called me this morning at 9am to say that they got my window up so I can at least get it back home. I was so worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg and they charged me very fairly. I was so happy that I ran to buy them donuts to thank them.
I know it may seem like it’s no big deal, but it was such a relief to drop the car off and get a call back the next morning that the problem was resolved and that it wasn’t going to break the bank.
