I hope this review gets to the manager of the DXL store in Cherry Hill New Jersey I was there a couple days ago before the 4th of July and the employee there a black male about 5 foot 7 a bald head clean shaven Associate #99359 not a helpful attitude was there to help me and I was looking for a pair of jeans or a decent pair of pants size 64 waist with an inseam of 30 and he had told me that DXL had taken sizes that big off the shelf because they were not financially beneficial for DXL to sell sizes that big and if I wanted something like that I'd have to order it online ..well I went to the DXL store in Deptford NJ and guess what they had my pants that I wanted in the store and I bought it... if this comment gets to the manager I would like this individual to get a not a so very good job performance interview on his record I will never go to Cherry Hill again and I will tell my large friends who may go there while this man is there to take their business elsewhere..now I'm taking my business to the DXL store in Deptford New Jersey.. the woman that was in the Deptford New Jersey store black female grayish curly hair glasses her name was Sondra I forget her name but her Associat # is 98581..she was so helpful and so pleasant that I hope the next time I go there she's there she deserves a five-star for helping me out at the last minute before the holiday.. on a final note it is so hard unfortunately for men my size to find clothing that fits my size and many many of us depend on the DXL stores to come through for us that's how important your stores are..

“My daughter and I stopped in so provisions for the second time. The first time I went there I bought two pair of shoes. I like them so much that I went back for third time and Rosanna was our sales person. She was absolutely amazing. She had me try on every shoe that I was interested in and if I felt it was a little bit not right she got another shoe out and nothing was too much for her. We wanted to help her put the shoes in the boxes but she was fine. I definitely will be back when I know Rosanna is working mainly because of the time she gave us making sure we were satisfied with our products and we know we will definitely be back again. We love the sneakers now I have three pair of sneakers that will make myneuropathy so much better thank you for having such a great employee.”
“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. Cashier ID # 00632457, I hope that is your actual ID number, that you somehow see this as well as your store and bosses, because you made what started out as a rough day for me, into a much better one! “This place is the Ross of outdoor travel gear, very hit or miss. You can find a nice shirt and pants at a great discount or nothing. I love getting just the right sized packing cubes here. There is Good selection and it varies time to time. You can find some really good deals for but you have to come and look through everything it takes quite a bit of time.
Much better looking in person then on Amazon ln though. It is quite obvious in person something just isn't going to work versus getting stuff online and having to return it.”

“I did not stop in anthropology to shop. That was my original intention until I realized I had left my phone in an Uber. Thank goodness I chose to go in to anthropology. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she did everything in her power to help me, despite the fact that she was working. I truly appreciate that. She called taxicab companies – none of which answered. She offered me a few suggestions and told me how to get to the security office. This woman is someone anthropology can be very proud of. I cannot thank her enough for her help.”

Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Jolly, who presented me with multiple sneaker options, as I was unsure of my size as a first-time Converse buyer. I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes, thanks to Jolly's efficient assistance with the checkout process from my seat. This experience stood out from some of the other sneaker stores in the mall, as I was not pressured to purchase anything beyond my desired sneakers, and I left with a great impression and my desired footwear.”

“An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”

“ALL i CAN SAY IS WOW! CALLED THE STORE IN THE AM TO SEE IF I COULD GET LACROSSE HEAD RESTRUNG. BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS STICK WAS NOT LEGAL. THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID WE COULD GET IT DONE TODAY RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THE AWESOME PART. I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.”

“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”
