“Liv was great! We went into a different verizon store that left such a bad taste in our mouth. Driving home we passed the store on Brick BLVD which was such a lucky stop for us. Liv LISTENED which is all we asked for. Not only did she solve the problem but she got both myself and my mom new IPhones. GO SEE LIV”

“The Verizon store wlhas always welcomed me well
However w&en I went to return my Fios WIFI the manager said that they do not hand returns that the store on route 36 in West long branch handle it. I argued the point that in the past many people have brought there units there and were accepted. He stood his grand and said sorry but we don't. I told him that Head office instructed me to bring it there. Mind you I Live very near the store that accepted it item. I went out of my way for nothing and wasted gas and time in doing it. So Infinity was just two stores over and they had a special on the simular unit and it came with a Galaxy tablet and a Watch for way far per month then Verizon. So now They just lost a customer to Infinity. And my signal is stronger. Bonus...”

Joe was incredibly patient, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my situation, walked me through everything clearly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. After the runaround I experienced beforehand, his level of customer care truly stood out.

“Went there 2 times recently to swap out x1 cable boxes. Each of these times I was helped right away and both of the employees were super nice and polite and greeted me right when I walked in the door. Super nice guys and a pleasure dealing with.
