Liv LISTENED which is all we asked for. Not only did she solve the problem but she got both myself and my mom new IPhones. GO SEE LIV”

Since the unit being replaced had a damaged charging port, it was a bit more complicated transferring files to the rebuilt replacement phone.
Jawahn Banks did all the work for me, setting up the replacement phone and transferring all my files over. He saved me hours of time and frustration and I'm so grateful for his help.
The only thing left for me to do was to mail the old phone back to Asurion.”

He didn’t let us leave until we were completely satisfied with our new iPhone. I can’t praise him enough for how much we appreciate all that he did for us ! “Went there 2 times recently to swap out x1 cable boxes. Each of these times I was helped right away and both of the employees were super nice and polite and greeted me right when I walked in the door. Super nice guys and a pleasure dealing with.
