Juan explained to me what the issue might be after going through various diagnostic steps (I needed a physical sim card because my esim wasn't working) and when my number wasn't fully ported due to a number lock on Verizon's end, Juan told me to wait a few hours, then reach back to him to fix it. After a few back and forths due to problems on my end with Verizon, Juan was able to get my phone on the network successfully. The customer service was genuine, reliable, and consistent.”
