“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“It might seem silly to be passionate about a shipping store, but here I am. I’d be so sad if they closed. They ship with any company you want, so no need to go to a specific brand’s store. The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. Also, presently, almost no one uses or keeps up to date versions of Adobe or like staples, who didn't support CD to print operations all.

“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. “I normally have only good experiences at this ups store. Today, however, the younger lady employee, who remained seated behind the counter, made a big fuss about the older lady employee taping my Amazon return box! I couldn’t believe it. She tried to force me to buy tape from them. Kuddos to the older lady who was on her feet, working hard, carrying packages, and standing up to the other lady, badgering us about tape usage. Tape?! 😳 Five stars to the older lady employee who actually helped me out.”

The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”
