“Wonderful experience with Crater & Freighters. We relocated to Denmark and I wanted to send my 2007 "like new" Ducati. I found them by reputation for crating art... And a Ducati could arguably be considered "art"? Regardless, Joe Marotta communicated and responded to my questions. I also discovered that our shipping company was very familiar with them which furthered my comfort level and understanding that shipping is a tight-knit business. After our container arrived I was even more pleased by how my Duc was securely set inside. It was better than the photos. If I could do it again, I'd move with our clothes, necessities and my Duc only. Don't waste your time with the other stuff. It's all still in boxes... Thanks again Craters & Freighters.”

“John - the printing expert here - is simply AMAZING. He redefined customer service for me. I needed to print something extremely last minute (literally within 3 hours) for a funeral and I had to have something shipped to store for pickup. He made every accommodation for me, and kept me in the loop the entire time while I was frantically trying to get large photo posters printed to set up at the church. Thank you John for your support, understanding, flexibility, and for being an all around good human!!”

Only once i was asked to pay to print the prepaid return label, that was odd or first time for me but i understand; i should have come prepared with printouts etc. asked for clarificationa and was pointed to policy clearly posted. Liked the transparency.”

“Wow I cannot say enough amazing things!!! I had an AWFUL experience Monday in Cranford trying to do a name change on my passport. I walked in and no one wanted to help me despite having an appointment, and they also told me I had the wrong form (it ended up being the correct form). After 45 minutes, my gut told me to leave and go to another post office. I walked into Fanwood today and was so pleasantly greeted by Evans who told me I indeed had the right form and walked me through the entire process. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable, and I am so happy my instincts told me to try another post office. Had I submitted my application the way they were advising, I would have received a rejection letter and wouldn’t have my passport in time for my vacation. Highly recommend Fanwood. They are truly wonderful here.”
“I had a complicate printing job. I was told how I could lower the price of the final products, shown sample pages of the color outcome before I left, and received notification the next day that the print job was ready. I also was told a way I might set this type of job up from home (online) and save a significant amount of money next time around. Altogether a 5-star experience.”

“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”
