“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years.
On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised.

“It's your typical Staples store but they have very few copiers and one of the was out of service. So they only had one available. East to get to location and a great handicap ramp from the lot. Honestly one of the best I've seen as most are just grip ramps cut out in sidewalks. These were ramps with rails. Easy access from the route 202 area.”

“I understand that everyone has different experiences with FedEx and it’s shipping policies timelines and I am not going to visit that on the the people who have to work the screens when something goes sideways. I’ve worked with the team at the FedEx office in Summit specifically the print department. I have used in the past 2.5 years as my speaking engagements have increased significantly. They’ve created my keynote notecards for Vegas, New York, London, British Columbia, Dubai, and they have never let me down. Sagbir is a Godsend and whoever the manager is of that location or the area district leader needs to understand that his heroic actions has saved this location. You need to him give him a raise, accolades, throw flowers at his feet because he understands what it means to deliver. He understands what customer service means and he embodies it . So, I could only give five stars I would give 10 and I’m going to say that it’s the only reason why this location gets 5/5 is because of the awesome service delivered by Sahbir.”

“I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. “My experience was amazing. I went for passport renewal and it was all wrong. Thanks to experience of Kalpesh Sir, he told me that the form I had were wrong and then he guided to me to complete and submit the entire passport renewal process from scratch. It took 3 and a half hours but he ensured that I submitted the correct application and documents as required by the process. i am and will always be highly obliged towards him. Thank you Kalpesh ji.

“I had a complicate printing job. I was told how I could lower the price of the final products, shown sample pages of the color outcome before I left, and received notification the next day that the print job was ready. I also was told a way I might set this type of job up from home (online) and save a significant amount of money next time around. Altogether a 5-star experience.”
