“I've been shopping with Dollar general for a very long time. everything was where I needed it to be all so happy that it was spacious and clean finally because he was a little crowded for a while.”
“Trader Joe's a little busy, but it’s worth the trip. They offer a wide variety of products, including plenty of fruits, fresh flowers and there’s always something new or interesting to buy. The associates are helpful, and the deals on merchandise are great. Overall, a solid place to shop if you don’t mind a bit of a crowd!”
“Matt and Mike’s Italian Market is the best place in South Philly! I love their Italian Specialty Hoagies on Sarcone’s Bread! I’ve been coming here since I was a child, picking up groceries with my grandmother. Now, I take my child there. My grandmother, Cathy, has been a loyal customer since the beginning. Matt and Mike have grown as a family and witnessed generations grow.
I see some reviews on here about “scams” or people’s “card number” being used, but these guys are real honest and solid people. I’ve never had any type of transaction fraud my whole life of knowing them. These are some good men who work hard to provide for their families. I highly recommend Matt & Mike’s Italian Market!!”
“I usually go to Brooklawn Circle for my hoagies, but my husband wanted to try somewhere different... found this place through doordash.. ITALIAN HOAGIE APPROVED!!!! Awesome Sauce ❤ ... ( my husband likes his hoagie a certain way and the follow details) love it!!”
“Great service and selection. I go to Claudio's for the flavored pastas especially the lemon pasta and the multi colored fafalle. I made pasta salad with them.”
“This place is an amazing sister to the Collingswood store. I went today, had amazing service (like engaging helpful, cook this at this temp, those are so good.). I grabbed a chicken dinner, a slice of lasagna (yep), and 4oz of grated in front of me parm/reg for $6. Topped off with a loaf of fresh zucchini bread for $7. Below is the slice, cheese, and a beer. lol”
“Sadly, they're expanding their footprint from 3 to 29 stores. The outcome of choosing quantity over quality is that they've moved away from what made MOM's special. They even decided to close the Naked Lunch eatery. The customer experience now? Meh.”
“Yogis is the place to be! It’s more than just a store — they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. You don’t just leave with a lottery ticket, snacks, or whatever else you came for… you leave with laughs, smiles, and genuine love from the amazing staff. Every visit feels like catching up with friends, and that’s what makes this place so special”
“This place is amazing if your looking for responsibility raised seafood and especially wiid caught this is the place. The seafood is priced reasonably and they have a variety of vegetables and wild meat like rabbit and deer meat. It's all frozen but fresh. This is my new place to buy wild caught seafood and fresh frozen veggies.”
“Victor (the owner) is the best. He works his butt off to provide an amazing selection of products for neighborhood customers, with so many unique items you won’t find in other local major stores. Great selection of beer, seltzers and more! Definitely recommend this great local business.”
“This is a Great Grocery store for all of your fresh organic and local produce and other products. Ready made sandwiches, soup, and baked goods, etc. Also the pizza dough is AMAZING. Friendly staff and great customer service.”

“ALDI is my go-to supermarket. Their prices can't be beat. While you can't find EVERYTHING that you want there, you can get all your essentials and more for a fraction of the price. Their produce is sold in bulk (you can't buy a single lemon) but it's decent quality and you get a lot for the price. They also have a huge selection of nice cheese which is always handy for a party.”

“Best of the best stores! Produce better than earmarked, bake goods better than a bakery, prepared foods rival any good restaurant not to speak of all varieties of anything you could want! And oh so budget friendly!! Staff at every dept. friendly, and always helpful. Beginning to end makes a chore honestly enjoyable! Especially check-out with Cinn-Dee, best ambassador store has!! Diane S.”
“I’ve been a customer here for 10 years. It’s a family-owned business, and the owners are fantastic—always providing top-notch customer service. Although I’m disappointed they no longer serve hot food, I understand that their business needs have changed. I always buy Grape Arizona here, and the owner has made sure it’s always available. I highly recommend supporting this local shop.”
“Carlos and the entire team was SO kind! Went on lunch break and he even threw in some of their delicious empanadas for my co-workers!!! Will absolutely be going back!!!”
“Moved to the area this past summer and have been enjoying all the local farm stands. Was finally happy to buy at Anthony’s honey stand. Taste and color is amazing. This will be our go to stop going forward!”

“Aldi in Woodbury is a great store to shop . However I was looking for a certain item and it wasn't in store. The Carmel wafers are in store around Thanksgiving, maybe its not available this year . I still give the store 10 out of 10 points ?”
“What an absolute neighborhood gem. Sara's always has a great selection of fresh items and a decent pantry stock. Seasonal items are always on par, and if there is fresh guacamole available you HAVE to grab some.”
“shout out to Mitch the nice young make cashier. He made my shopping experience great and had me leaving with a smile and laughing He is too cool and his smile is contagious.”
“Great store great products great prices this place has a large candy selection,a medium Grind yourself coffee area. It packs a lot into a little small space and produce is always fresh and aromatic they carry shin black, and for that alone, they get my business”
“So It Is African Market came up as one of the closest African markets to me, and the reviews encouraged me to give it a try. I must say, I was not disappointed.
The owner was very welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions. The customer service was great. As a first-time customer, I was even gifted something, which meant a lot and shows how much they value their customers.
Their products are of great quality, and the prices are fair and reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store.”
“It's super nice, a lot of cheap food. Interesting food options from other ethnicities. Will definitely return! Managed to get like twenty plus things and only spent $93. If we had gone anywhere else, it would have been double if not triple the price.”
“I just want to say ,everyday I'm looking for something different to eat and afterwards I want to tell myself that food was good but I haven't been till today 3/15/24 @12:15pm I had the best food ever I mean Spanish food I had the Spanish rice with beef and chicken the beef was soooo tender , and the portion size for a large was huge I recommend this place from my soul, thank you !!!!”
“By far the best grocery outlet around. There is one 12 mins from my house but I happily pass that one to goto the Deptford one because the store is always organized, clean, stocked and pricing is unbeatable. The staff are always so friendly and eager to help and it says a lot when the owner Jed is usually on the floor stocking shelves with a smile on his face. He and his wife are the sweetest! Hands down the best grocery outlet! Thanks for providing for the community!”
“This is a small but mighty store, they have lots of snacks to try, ingredients to use for a good traditional meal, variety of cheeses and creams that you can not get anywhere else, and wholesale of dry peppers and other spices. Friendly down to earth owners willing to give you tips and suggestions if you need them, or just happy to say hello.”

“When I ask indonesian restaurant where to get tape, and he said pendawa (out or 5 other indonesian grocery,) I know we have a winner.
Parking is horrible, and this place is cash only. But if you are looking for indonesian food. This is the place. Emping, kacang medan, or even mi goreng in a cup (which I didn't remember seeing growing up) .”
“This is my new place for organic and hard to find foods. The community Food Coop provides owner discounts and owners become part of the community board and choose who gets to get elected to certain positions. Events and Workshops held throughout the year & Im a Face Painter that volunteers my services here.”
“Great corner store, yesterday was the first time going in and they guys are very polite and helpful. The store is very clean everywhere which is a plus, the sandwiches are great and way cheaper then anyone around”
“Great staff, food, & store. They have a good variety of things to buy, like candles, cleaning supplies, and baby supplies. This is especially helpful if you need something last minute or randomly and can't make it to a Walmart or supermarket fast. I usually get breakfast or sandwiches if I order food. My favorite it their turkey bacon and french toast! Food is priced fairly!”
“What a strange little amalgamation of a store! Hence my perhaps overly generous star rating, but it's just such a convenient oddity on a stretch of road lacking competition. Think part smoke shop with dollar store goods, small deli, a convenient yet unglamorous quick stop for staples with a chatty owner. It's endearingly run-down yet impeccably clean. In short, a stop I've never stopped at until I moved to the wooded borough of Wenonah from a slightly more urban hood! It's truly all relative.”
