“My wife and I recently stayed at the beautiful Mason Cottage. This was our fourth time staying with Eric and Rochelle. Breakfasts are a culinary delight. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would not consider staying anywhere else as the Cottage feels like coming home. Eating breakfast on the porch is a delightful way to start the day. Looking forward to booking another stay with our friends at the Mason Cottage.”

“I happened upon The Boarding House and it was such a treat! The quiet location was far enough away from the crowded parts of town, but still close enough to visit by foot. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. I appreciated amenities such as free bike rental and happy hour with local wines and brews. The staff could not have been and kinder or more accommodating. I will definitely be back!”

“This is our 4th year at blue Fish and it does not disappoint. The rooms and entire place is spotless. Seriously not a cobweb or a leaf to be found. The pool is amazing, the towels are plentiful, the outdoor shower is to die for and the proprietors are helpful and kind. It's a far walk to the beach but there is a ton of free parking a block away from the beach AND you get passes for free chair and umbrella rentals which is amazing. Probably about a 1-12 minute walk into town. We already booked for next year!”

“I had a chic weekend and from the moment we arrived this past Friday until we left Sunday, every staff member we met could not have been nicer.
Checking in was a breeze with staff who were funny and accommodating. Going to the beach - staff helped us with chairs and an umbrella was the nicest and easy go person. Our air conditioner was loud - viola they replaced it with a brand new air conditioner quiet as a mouse. HELLO - customer service over the edge. Our room as impeccable and clean. Every time we turned around staff were helping, cleaning or on the move to help someone.
Want to stay in Cape May in a clean, inviting room with every detail met - even roses made on the end of the toilet paper and more. This place is a must stop - every detail is welcomed and unexpected surprises at every turn .”

“The location was perfect - walked to the beach and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The apartment was impeccably clean and the layout is smart and inviting, especially the living area that was perfect for enjoying drinks before dinner with friends. It really felt comfortable and stylish definitely will stay here again. Feels like a home - definitely not a dingy hotel room!!!”

“We stopped at the Windrift in Avalon for a drink and delicious hummus with fresh veggies on Saturday afternoon before we drove to the Lobster House for dinner. We sat at the bar upstairs. Tyler and Ronnie provided a very nice service. The food was very good and the atmosphere is always friendly. Windrift also has a nice outdoor terrace with ocean view. We highly recommend this long time established restaurant and bar for lunch or dinner. :-)”

“Carroll Villa hotel was the picture perfect small town b&b, offering all the charm of a gilmore girls episode with the addition of the beach being less than a 5 minute walk away. The room I stayed in was beautiful, with plenty of room and a quiet atmosphere.
The charm doesn't stop at the hotel, with the Mad Batter restaurant serving up some of the best chocolate chip pancakes I have ever tasted, and a menu that offers something for everyone. The staff were absolutely charming, warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was visiting with old friends. Manning their front desk were some of the sweetest people, offering warm smiles and welcomes, and help whenever needed. If I ever visit cape may again, I will be booking this hotel, and spreading the word to my friends and family!”

“We stayed in Suite 301 at Wilbraham Mansion for our minimoon (8/30–9/1), and it was absolutely lovely! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and breakfast was always such a treat. We especially enjoyed the afternoon tea offerings — one day there were brownies, another day a delicious blueberry cake.
The jacuzzi in our suite was definitely the highlight of our nights, and we loved being able to relax there after a long day. While most people probably skip the pool since the ocean is nearby (and some suites have jacuzzis), we actually enjoyed having it almost to ourselves. It’s a great indoor pool that goes down to 7–8 feet — a rare find and such a fun option when the ocean is too chilly.
Parking was always convenient. Sometimes we parked on the street, but there was always a spot, and it’s right next to a CVS if you need anything last minute. They also provide beach chairs and bikes to borrow, which made exploring the area so easy.
This place really had everything we needed, and it was always such a joy to come back to our cozy suite after a full day out. We’d absolutely recommend Wilbraham Mansion and can’t wait to come back!”

“Congress Hall is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to it reminds me of back in the day when everything was actually built to great standards and customer service mattered. The pool is beautiful. The interior is gorgeous. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend it for you and your family. It reminds me of what it was like as a kid to have a good time. That’s hard to find these days. A+ from me.”

“clean; helpful, friendly staff; parking spots are tight, but that is normal down there; great location
This was a last minute, out of season trip, we were on the roadside so no view for us. The walkway was tight getting around the chairs to get to our room. That is really my only sorta complaint ...”

“We have not stayed at the reges in 6 years, we have not been to the shore since then. We always loved staying here. The staff were very attentive and warm. The rooms do need to be updated. Internet ready tvs would be a great uodate to enjoy a catch up on shows at night. My bed was very uncomfortable. Our room had a toilet seat with 2 big chips on the seat, gross. The shower drain was rusty. I was sad that they stopped the towel service at the pool. The heated pool was still nice, lobby clean and neat. One of the elevators were down during our stay, I'm sure it will be back to running soon. The front desk was able to get us an early check-in, which was great. The location is always great, who doesn't love that beach view from your balcony!!! Some of the drawer handles on the dresser were sticky when first arriving to our room but the housekeeping staff redeemed themselves by keeping our room serviced andwell stocked during our stay. I love having my bed made during my vacation, and Dawn did not disappoint!!! I'm sure we will give it another try our next trip, you can't beat the staff, view and location.”

“In August, I need a hotel room to spend the night after a 24 hour offshore bird and whale watching trip. Sea Crest Inn was one of the only hotels in Cape May that had a room available on the short notice and at what was, for a hotel in Cape May during the tourist season, a very reasonable price with no minimum stay. (For reference, some hotels in Cape May can cost over $1,000 per night with a two night minimum during the summer.) Two days before the trip, the operator pushed back the departure by a day. Not only was the staff at Sea Crest Inn able to change my reservation on such short notice, they only charged the difference in rates between the two days, rather than charging me for both nights. Then, on the day of the tour, the staff went out of their way to facilitate my late check-in, they made sure I was aware how to do so when no desk staff were on duty. And to top it off, they demonstrated a knowledge of the kind of tour I was on and were understanding throughout. From now on, I will be staying here whenever I take a pelagic tour.”
“As expected with an older bed-and-breakfast, this is not a modernized experience. The room had a queen bed, which you can only tell from the pictures so maybe some more detailed description on the room would be nice ahead of time because we are both tall and sleep a little crooked :-) parking included with your stay. The Wi-Fi never worked. We had to use the hotspot on our phone, which was unfortunate because we had to do a little bit of business work. You can walk to everything from here within a 1/2 mile, which was great. It’s in the middle of season so of course the prices are a little up there in August. Staff keeps to themselves. The daily cookie offering included is very nice. A little upscaling on the breakfast would be good :-) we would come again.”
“Great staff, location and rooms. Part of the Star's amenities, is there use of all of CongressHall. Pool, pool side bar, beach chairs, umbrellas bike rentals. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.”
“Don’t look elsewhere when looking for a place for comfort, fun, and cleanliness. You get everything you need here and more. 10/10 stay for my family. We brought our 3 month old and being able to sit pool side with him was great and the king efficiency had exactly what we needed; large enough room for a pack n play, full size fridge, 2 burner stove, daily cleaning service, washer and dryer on site. The rooms are SPOTLESS. The cleaning crew is fast, efficient and kind. Another plus? The ice cream place connected to the motel AND the heated pool. Met one of the owners who was super kind. You can’t beat this place. Looking forward to next year.”

“The Port Royal is a great hotel. Me and my family have been going to this hotel the past 15 summers and it never disappoints. Amazing Service, the restaurant has very good food, room are very clean and nice, the pool is nice, everything about this hotel is perfect for a wildwood stay. Since it’s like a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the 2026 season. My favorite place to stay ❤️”
“Fantastic Place to stay, friendly staff, immaculate rooms and comfortable beds. Great indoor parking. 5 block walk to the boardwalk. I can't say anything bad about the hotel or staff. The Guest I have some issues with. Chairs hogs up early, they throw towels on the chairs at 7am and don't show up until after lunch. Sitting on my balcony choking while someone was smoking a cigar all night until midnight. Baby elephants in the room above me jumping on the bed and running across the room at 6am. Bicycles parking next to my brand new car with a sign on the wall that clearly states no bicycle parking in this area. Children touching the free cookies with their bare hands.
If you can live with this type of guest and overlook their entitlement, than this is a great place to stay. Not the hotels fault.
FYI , great maintenace staff too. I needed to get into my locked safe. They came within two minutes. I would stay here again. Hopefully with better neighbors.”

“I have been coming to Wildwood for the NJ State Fireman’s Convention since I was a little girl. It’s like visiting family! I absolutely love how close the Quebec is to the boardwalk as well as many places to eat and drink. The motel is always clean and the employees are fantastic! The cleaning crew is always very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a good clean place to stay, the Quebec is for you”

“The room was nice the beds were comfortable obviously off season maybe that's why the rest of the place kinda looks just ok. But the front desk was nice. Only thing I didn't like was before check out time the house keeping just opened the door because we were in the living room and shower. I feel like unless you someone checks out you shouldn't knock on the door an hour before check out...”
“Clean, friendly and hospitable...and a great location on the beach. Nicely laid out...one of the last generation of the Doo Wop motels of WWC. We stay at least twice yearly and Kate and the staff are always great with booking and helping out our small group. Have a great winter everyone and see you next year!”
“The Rusty Nail has always been our favorite bar in Cape May, it’s where we had a welcome party for our wedding, and so we decided to stay here for our 10-year wedding anniversary. Rooms have few frills but that wasn’t important to us - can’t beat the location, right next to beach, with pool for kids, and can walk right down to the restaurant. Plan on making this an annual tradition - not sure why we didn’t sooner!”
“I love this place. Come back every year. And love the retro decor. Conveniently located right across the street from the boardwalk and convention center. Lots of great local shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as mini golf, who can ask for more? Great and friendly staff. Game room, heated pool and bike rentals. Best place to stay in Wildwood.”
“Clean, well kept, right on the beach, really nice pool. Its dated but super clean and in good shape so who cares. I have a softspot for those colors in bathrooms anyway. Not overly patrolled or policed, yes you can have a beer at the pool, yes you can have a cigarette outside your room. Very good place to stay. We will return.”
“The location is fantastic!
The motel is out dated and the pool is freezing for early September.
Would I stay here again? No, but it was a nice trip.”
“Great value and location. We had oceanfront and steps from Wildwood boardwalk.Liked sundeck and enclosed day room below. Our room 2 tv's and separate door for bedroom. Plus, diner and bike rental shop across the street. Private balcony with chairs and little table excellent. ?”
“Cool farm to visit with beautiful raised bed garden area. Nice store as well and a bistro area out back too. We rode our bikes here, which wasn't far from the house where we stayed at Cape May Point. Can't comment on the cottages since we didn't stay there. There was also an event venue there which looked really lovely.”
