“I must thank Justin Curtis for helping me at the counter today. I came in hoping I could transfer a big video file from my Mac to thumb drives. (I'd already spent three futile hours trying to share that file in other ways.) Justin sensed my frustration and jumped in to resolve it. Not only did we NOT feel rushed, he let us leave and come back at 7:55 and STILL took wonderful care of us. Chris took going above and beyond to a whole new level! He was very knowledgeable in ALL areas. He gave us a full break down and MULTIPLE options to give us a rounded understanding of which way we’d want to go.
