I argued the point that in the past many people have brought there units there and were accepted. He stood his grand and said sorry but we don't. I told him that Head office instructed me to bring it there. Mind you I Live very near the store that accepted it item. I went out of my way for nothing and wasted gas and time in doing it. So Infinity was just two stores over and they had a special on the simular unit and it came with a Galaxy tablet and a Watch for way far per month then Verizon. So now They just lost a customer to Infinity. And my signal is stronger. Bonus...”
