Canyon at the Oakland Verizon store was just this and more! He impressed us immensely with how helpful, patient, and sweet he was. We will definitely be going back there for all of our phone needs - at least as long as Canyon is there!!”
“I brought my laptop to Best Buy, where the guy from their Geek Squad said that it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell me a new one. Then I went to Community Communications & Electronics and the tech there fixed it within an hour. Now it's running perfectly and I was only charged $100. I highly recommend this place!”

“My wife and I went into the store on July 5th to exchange my wife's phone because it got dropped and cracked on our plane flight to New Jersey. The store associate who helped us, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He looked at our account and told us what the best deal would be with buying a new phone and another promotion that was going on. Hands down, this was the best experience we have ever had at a T-Mobile store. Everyone in the store including the manager, Kenya and the other sales associate, Dan, were a joy to talk to and share some laughs. We cannot heap enough kind words and thank the entire store staff enough. Extra kudos to Juan for his expertise and kindness.”

“This is the 711 I would stop for my morning coffee everyday, the workers are literally the nicest people, everyday they greet me warmly & really help me set the tone for my morning because they're the first people I see! The store is always clean inside, their coffee and carry out food is fresh & to temperature & they're never just sitting around, the store gets pretty busy, but they keep a good pace & the same friendly demeanor and candor with everyone who comes in. It genuinely is a lovely part of the community.”

But I find the associates here to be very helpful and they make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, the gentlemen in the Tech department assisted me professionally and courteously.”
