Not the drive thru but the regular branches....I've had the opportunity to open up an account at other Banks, but the personal service that I get from this bank is above anything else. It's a people bank and that's what's important 4 stars...why not 5.... They need to get more current with ATM use and online services but otherwise love this Bank.”

“Nine times out of ten, I use the ATMs. Once in a great long while, I need to go inside and meet with a teller to process my transaction. The lobby is always clean, and the garbage container is tall and conveniently located next to the recycling container. All the staff members with whom I have interacted are professional, helpful and friendly. I enjoy having options being a Chase Bank customer.”
