The service provided was wonderful. Highly recommend store.”
“I personally love going to P.C. Richards it is a family oriented business. I been shopping with them for a long time. There is a manager who name is Ben I follow whatever location in P.C. Richard’s he goes to due to his customer service.”
“Rome was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products, made sure to ask me details about my sleeping patterns and needs, was patient and honest with my questions, and was friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Thanks for everything!”
“I went to the store during their 4th of July sale and Irandel greeted me and assisted me right away. She showed me the mattresses on sale and when I told her my concerns and budget, she showed me all the options (and thankfully there were plenty!). Irandel was very knowledgeable of the different kinds of mattresses, how springs affect support, explaining gel mattresses etc. She was personable from the start. Even if I asked the same question over and over again till I understood, she was patient and explained it till I got it. She interacted with me like a regular person and I enjoyed that the most. Ended up buying a mattress and I can’t wait to sleep on it lol!”
“I wrote it earlier review what I meant to write with Christopher was very helpful, knowledgeable and attention to detail. His customer service skills went far beyond what he Knew About the right selection for me. When buying a mattress, it always seems like it’s hard but he Made it A great experience I’d highly recommend him when you go in the store ask for him”
“I’ve never been to P.C. Richard & Son before, but I was relieved when I reached the front desk. I had some questions about a delivery order and Arianna helped me out easily. She was friendly and awesome! Led through procedures and the process I would undergo for maintenance or other issues. Really rolled out the red carpet. I will be coming back!”
“John was very helpful. He pulled out 2 mattresses to let me try and one of them twice after I tried a couple on the selling floor. Seemed to be more interested in making sure I was satisfied than trying to sell me a very expensive mattress. He gave me a good deal and I am very happy with the purchase.”
“One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time when making such an important decision. Choosing a bed can be difficult and expensive but Ally made it fun and easy as well as getting us the best possible pricing. She is really one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with.”
“If you are looking for a new mattress set I highly recommend visiting Alvaro at the Astoria location. He is highly informative, charming and prioritizes your sleeping comfort with an interactive demonstration. He’s great and does right by his clients. 10/10!”
“Robert P. was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs rather than making a sale. Truly one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met!
Instead of feeling like I was being sold to, I felt like I was being guided by someone who truly wanted to help me find the right mattress. As a very indecisive person his patience and guidance meant the world to me 🙌 He made the entire experience comfortable and stress free, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Thank you, Robert, for not only helping me find the perfect bed but for making the entire experience such a positive one! Cannot thank you enough Mattress Firm”
“John S and Gerson C were very helpful in my purchase of a Samsung TV here on a rainy Sunday. Whole process was speedy and easy and even though I wasn’t approved for P.C. Richard’s credit card the process to apply was a breeze. I will be returning for shopping in the future!”
“Rohat, was knowledgeable and assisted me in picking the right mattress for my needs. “My experience today was AMAZING. Gained a loyal customer due to the well informative and amazing Sleep Expert Christian Valentin. Me and my girlfriend are moving the 1st of December in the next month so we were looking for a mattress that was just right for the both of us. He made it such a breeze and a no brainer. From explaining how important sleep actually was to explaining what the mattress is made of and all about adjustable bases. If it wasnt for him, we wouldnt have found the first perfect mattress.
