“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! “This isn't about my experience as much as it is about the changes that the levittown branch has made to the interior of their facility. As a disabled American it is very nice to have counters that are made just for the disabled and the ATM as well is much easier to use and more importantly, see. I must also commend you on your customer service. I was recently there to get copes of important papers and instead of seeing me leave and come back, they ask what I needed, took me out of line and put me in contact face to face with one of their customers service reps. You've really made some amazing changes and as a disabled American I want to personally say thank you.”
