“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”

“It's a small post office but everything you need is there and you ran out pretty fast as people are in there I can't remember if it works if I really really good at getting a PO boxes in Excel”
“Just wanted to say Lumberton Post Office is great!!! I have went in with several packages at once to send to my deployed soldier and they have been a huge help!!! Thank you so very much!!”
“Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.”
“Generally, we have good experiences at most USPS offices. But there is always one office out of all that we patronize where a clerk is having a bad day. We just have to be patient and pray that their misfortune turns around.”
“WILL WAS AN AMAZING HELP!Even as I am SUPER frazzled and on a time limit will was able to help me get my packages out fast, with suggestions for the right packaging AND explained ground shipping and priority shipping.THANK YOU WILL!”
“I had a very pleasant experience yesterday at the Florence, NJ USPS branch. Lisa was incredibly helpful in finding me a shipper that fit my needs, including helping me pack my items. She also recognized at least two other customers while I was there, showing her care for the community. Great job Lisa and thank you!”
“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”
“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”
“UPDATE: Thankfully, everything is cool now. I talked to someone at USPS who apologized profusely, and since I’ve returned to this Usps, we have been amicable. I understand how hard the job is and hope they know it’s very much appreciated! ?
I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
“Had an issue with an item I bought marked as delivered, but never received. Contacted the post office and was called back within the hour. I appreciate the efficiency at resolving the matter at hand. Thank you to the supervisor of this location and his team for calling me back.”
“MR. Tyrell was incredible and found my packages himself, and other staff also were responsive to my situation! THANK YOU!! As a City resident it was reassuring to know you will go the extra step to help resolve issues!”
“Not really for customers. Yes you can drop off a package but you won’t get a receipt. This is more of a distribution center than a place for customers to be serviced.”
“Had an appointment for a passport for my 5 week old who was unfortunately not cooperating. The employees were so kind and helpful and made sure we got our passport taken care of. They went above and beyond to help us and it is so appreciated! Thank you bordentown postal workers!”

“Denise is literally the most amazing person at this location. She is so helpful and answers any questions. My family and I have nothing but the most amazing things to say about her. 5 stars!”
“Went to drop off my wedding invites around 10 am on a Wednesday and had an absolute sweetheart. She had short blonde hair, I wish I got her name but didn't think to look. She checked if everything was okay before it was sent off and she said okay good to go! Super quick and easy! Highly suggest going to the counter if you are sending Save the Dates or Wedding Invites.”
“This location is incredibly convenient, but the parking lot is an awkwardly narrow shape, slightly treacherous, and the building is crumbling to the ground. They've done a lot recently to reduce unwanted loitering and there's a bus stop directly out front if you need to take public transport.
That said, they have a large PO Box area which is accessible after closing, they process passports inside (appointment required) along with a usually well stocked mailing material area.
The staff is generally knowledgeable - although that knowledge has been dwindling over the years - but they're all absolutely miserable. They are efficient and usually very good to move the line along, but don't expect a smile or even a hello. It's also shocking if there's actually more than one worker at the counter.
Bottom line, they're a large and efficient Post Office, but it's best to have some knowledge about what you need ahead of time; expect a wait and a grumpy face.”

“I put an incorrect zip on a package. Once reaching the local post office directly, they were very helpful in getting the package rerouted. They were quick to respond and friendly. Much appreciated!”
“Whoever working, there is really nice people really nice to me. I drop every day and she never see the world. My parcel right time is gone. Thank you so much. I appreciate your business. I’m really happy about that.”
“I have used this Post Office for the past 10 years. I personally have never had an issue. I can state that there are new people at the front desk in the past year that make the energy more "people friendly".”
