“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”

I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”
“I've chosen to use this post office over other locations all due to the employee Cynthia. She makes every visit easy, efficient, and above all, welcoming. I've dealt with some horrible and rude USPS workers at other locations. I'm so grateful for Cynthia's professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this location!”
“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“Okay, so the outgoing mail slot for my entire development has been unusable (mysteriously blocked with a metal plate). When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, Jack appeared. He didn't just take my issue seriously. He _personally_ went to investigate and got back to me the SAME day with explanation & resolution. Folks, service does not get any better than this. Thanks to everyone at this post office; what an amazing job they do!”

“The African American muslim woman with the religious head wear was very pleasant. I rarely see this kind of diversity out front and I have been to tons of post offices throughout the U.S. I am glad you cjose her to be frint facing. It was a soft spoken, kind yet diffrernt experience. The rest of the staff from the an in the lobby emptying the recycle trash cans to a lobby attendant were al nice. Just wanted to say, I am liking the diversity and mannerisms toward the public.”
“Not really for customers. Yes you can drop off a package but you won’t get a receipt. This is more of a distribution center than a place for customers to be serviced.”

“My recent visit to the Mount Laurel Post Office was excellent. The entire process was easy and smooth, and it was such a relief to deal with knowledgeable employees who truly understood what I needed right away.
I had previously visited another post office where nobody could figure out the product I was trying to purchase, but at this location the employee understood my request immediately. The employee was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. She even offered to let me take a picture of how to properly set up my prepaid envelope with all the stamps and stickers, which I really appreciated.
Thank you for the quick, professional, and friendly service. It made a stressful task so much easier. Great team and wonderful customer service!”
“Staff is always remarkably approachable and helpful. The driveway to the parking area is easy to miss, but has always had ample free parking.
A point of note: This location is not very accessible to people with ambulatory disability, which is the only reason I removed a star from otherwise five star service. The entrance to the building is up a set of stairs and there is seemingly no ramp or alternate point of entry.”
