“After getting every last drop of blood (including two rebuilds with the help of Weber’s impressive warranty) from my 2004 Weber Genesis I pulled the trigger on the Genesis S-435. There are plenty of businesses in and around Bergen County, NJ you can get grills, but no one matches customer service than Modern Propane in Lodi. They have full complement of grills from various companies, and more accessories than you could ever use. Dealing with owner Larry was a complete joy, even taking time to talk to me only when he was off from work. Salesman Doug was very responsive and always treated me well. Nominal fee for professional assembly, and courteous delivery, setup, and removal of my deceased grill was well worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit Modern Propane for all your grilling needs. When you finish with your visit, go to the other side of Route 46 and treat yourself to Hank’s Franks! I recommend the red onions.

“Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. We stopped at your store, had the pleasure of meeting JUDI...JUDI helped my friends with their questions about FLOORING: textures, durability, safety issues in the snow/rainy weather. Where their deck was going to be located, sun v.s. shade, and of course, price. She did a total uncovering of what they wanted. That is what I call "Professional", (she even said she liked my sneakers, lol)

He was so professional in assisting various customers at the same time. I and another patron commented on the same thing. He should be commended for his courteous behavior and professionalism.”

Sales person (Joann)was very helpful in giving us options that would fit our space and giving us all information about how to prepare for delivery etc. price was same as big box stores that provide no service.
