550 County Rd 530 #17a, WhitingI’ve been bringing my Baby Boo to Dawns since she opened & every time they’ve been amazing. We’ve been through a dermatitis issue which they found a shampoo to treat it
My baby having pancreatitis flate ups with stomach pain which they were very sympathetic and careful in picking her up (my boo is a lab/ larger one Dawns still accepts bc she’s an original client & she’s so well behaved, they fell in love with her) so, point being, she’s not easy to pick up, especially with a hurting belly, but they worked Together and ensured her comfort & trust with them.
She’s grown older & now hip dysplasia set in. Again, they are so compassionate & careful with her. I know it’s difficult for them & I’m so appreciative of their kindness & my baby trusts them.
They have established a bond with her, love seeing her, & she loves them.
She’s older now, with many health issues. I may have to say goodbye to her soon as she’s having multiple issues but I know & appreciate she will always trust everyone there until that time comes. It’s just who they are there. Loving, compassionate, kind, caring, understanding people who love animals. I can’t speak any higher of them or recommend them any more. Top notch bathing (she even gets a bandanna, including holiday ones ?,) smells great, feels special and I can just walk in for nail trimming.
When her time comes to an end, & I must take the time to grieve before getting a new companion for my own health, I’m just praying Dawn keeps that time open for me because I truly don’t want to have to go anywhere else. I will get another, & it won’t be small, for my protection, but my babies will always be well trained and well behaved. I’m sure Dawn knows that from having my Boo & sharing in her beautiful sweetness ?❤️

56 Schoolhouse Rd a1, WhitingI have been going to Dr. Richie's Crestwood Village Vet Clinic for many years and never had a bad experience. The whole office is inviting, friendly, kind and helpful. Kim the receptionist makes making an appointment and getting my cat Patrick's medicine very easy, PLUS a great receptionist.
