990 Farmingdale Rd, Jacksoni meant to write this review ages ago, but it’ll be a year come July 20th since we’ve entrusted our dog beast with Mike, and it’s been life changing. he’s an american bulldog x pitbull mix we rescued— and he went from a malnourished 58 to an ideal 80lbs! once he was healthy, we realized we had other things to worry about. we were walking on eggshells after several incidents of him exhibiting extreme aggression and resource guarding— strangers, crumbs, food, toys, and his own vomit. he’d go as far as to attack and would only snap out of it after being shielded or blocked. it was awful, living with the anxiety that this sweet stray dog could flip like a switch if we triggered him, and what that would mean if we misread it too late. my family was scared and exhausted, but we knew we couldn’t give him up. i had the strongest gut feeling that bully’s behaven was the only place that beast would get a chance at a normal life. and right i was was! mike had our dog for a whole month, and beast came back to us just as vocal and loving and sweet, he just knew boundaries now! with Mike’s help, we now had the tools to be able to communicate with beast. you MUST take Mike’s advice seriously! they are not suggestions, they are rules to ensure your dog won’t revert back to old ways. and we don’t have to worry about walking him around the block anymore (we couldn’t even do that without him trying to attack people on sight), we don’t have to worry about bringing people over. i can TAKE TOYS AWAY FROM HIM! WITHOUT HIM ATTEMPTING TO ATTACK ME! no growls, no huffs and puffs, he just drops the toy and walks away. we feed him and he’s able to WAIT to be fed with food right in front of him. he was incapable of being patient before! and we aren’t walking on eggshells anymore, you wouldn’t have thought that he tried to rip my dad’s arm off or go for my sister or bite my arm either. he’s not a traumatized lifeless husk of a dog after that month of training with mike, he’s still an asshole but he’s my asshole, and he’s capable now of listening to the word no without someone getting harmed in the process, and i am just endlessly grateful for mike taking beast on. he did amazing. he’s a life saver. he saved beast’s life essentially. he saved us. have i mentioned that we’re endlessly grateful? 100/100. worth the wait and worth the money and worth everything. thank you so much Mike.

It was his first time, he had some matting since he is a livestock dog and stays outdoors most days. They took their time washed him twice and got everything out. He looked like a brand new dog. I took him to a couple groomers before I found them and they all wanted to shave him down I refused. I will 100% recommend.
