4322 US-9, HowellI really love Posh Pooch for my Shorky, Pucca. My dog has been a client there for a few years now. Pucca is not the easiest to handle during a groom, but they are the only ones that have been able to without stressing her out so much. I have observed that they treat the dogs kindly, which calms my nerves. They also listen well to what clients ask for and modify their service to fit the clients’ needs. I really love and appreciate that. There aren’t many grooming places that do that for you. For example, they are the only grooming place that allowed me to just have the hair cut portion of the groom for my dog. I like to do the bath myself to reduce stress on her and they totally didn’t mind. All other places I had called wouldn’t allow that. The staff are all very friendly and easy to talk to and do a fabulous job! Highly recommend :)

Doggie Dream Salon
3712 US-9, HowellI have been taking my Miniature Australian Shepherd “Smokey” to be groomed at Doggie Dreams Salon in Howell, NJ. for years through the recommendation of a very good friend. Smokey is such an important member of our family and I could see how he was welcomed by Juve and Jen the first time I took him there. Their love of animals shone through every action they took and I was immediately put at ease leaving my dog there. I love how they have shaped my Aussie’s cut and it always puts a smile on my face when I pick him up. They have addressed any concerns I may have and Smokey enjoys going there. He trusts them and so do I. I highly recommend this Salon. You will have no regrets in doing so.

Ramtown Animal Hospital of Howell
6 Ramtown-Greenville Road, HowellWe are so thankful for Dr Damien, our cat Munch needed emergency life saving surgery, our regular vet could not perform. Dr Damien, took us in right away, stayed late and had a technician called in , after hours, just for our Munch. The surgery and post operation healing went perfectly. She and her staff are a rare find, a veterinary that actually can perform and not tell you to go somewhere else, she truly is highly skilled, compassionate and cares for our fur babies.

Howell Animal Hospital Surgical and Diagnostic Center
2461 US-9, HowellMy dog has a Cranial Cruciate Ligament tear in her back left knee. I’ve taken her to a local animal hospital and they were going to charge me,$10,400+ depending on how much anesthesia would be needed. I searched around and called about 15 animal hospital in and around the Philadelphia area and either they didn’t do this type of surgery or they were very expensive. One animal hospital gave me a quote of $10,400 or more. But one animal hospital did give me a list of low cost Veterinarians and on that list was Howell Animal Hospital. I called, and they got me right in for an evaluation. The Dr. did a complete assessment of my dogs injury and confirmed that she does have a Cranial Cruciate Ligament tear and would be needing surgery to repair it. He explained the injury, and actually showed me a video of what the injury looks like, how it affects my dog, the proper procedure to fix it, and how they do the surgery . The procedure is called a TPLO, Tibia Plateau Leveling something, I forget the last word. I thought that was awesome because now I know exactly what my dog is going through, the pain and discomfort she must be in. His assistant, I forget her name but she explained everything to me. The total cost of the surgery is $3860, + $55 dollars to get rid of the waste, and $375 for bloodwork. So a little over$4200 dollars. That’s a big difference from $10,400, what the other places were going to charge me for the exact same procedure. I couldn’t believe it. The staff is really nice and they can’t do enough for you. They really do care about your animals, and you, the owner. I mean, I was blown away by how smoothly everything went and, when I got there, I think I may have waited 5 minutes before they called me back and put me and my dog in a examination room. No waiting time. The hospital is big, very clean, spacious so you’re not on top of other people and their pets. I live in Fairlesshills , Pa and I really recommend Howell Animal Hospital for all your animal care. I will be going back to them for whatever care my dog needs and any emergencies that might arise. I really like and trust this Dr and his staff. I just wish I would have known about this Animal Hospital sooner. They would have saved me a lot of money. Seriously, take your pet there once, if you’re not completely satisfied, don’t go back, but believe me, you’re going to like everything about this Animal Hospital especially the prices AND the care your pet will receive.

My family had an extenuating circumstance where we put our trust in a pet transport company when we were trying to travel abroad that attempted to hold our pets ransom, threatening to pick them up and drop them off if I didn't give them $10k. Nick and the team kept our pets safe and away from those people, even added extras to our pet's stay out of the kindness of their hearts. Genuinely could not recommend their service enough, we came for the good ratings but ended up getting the John Wick service for free.

They were great at handling her needs while maintaining her safety for the six nights I had to board her. It’s my first time boarding my working dog so it was stressful for me, but they make sure to upload a picture of their current visitors daily and were nice enough to include cute little printed pictures of her for me when I picked her up! 4122 US-9, HowellEverything was so good, and the sushi was absolutely gorgeous! I got mango sushi, a make-your-own poke bowl, and a brown sugar bubble tea, and all of it was delicious! My friend got the house sushi and it was absolutely beautiful. I can be sensitive to smells, so the fact that the restaurant had no strong fish smell at all was absolutely perfect. The staff was also so kind, and our food was out very quickly. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm out this way!

2420 US-9, HowellThis place is near Route 9 in Howell, NJ. I went there for a private dinner with about 20 people. Our dining area was neatly arranged and could accommodate around 20 more people. The service was excellent, with the staff repeating the day's specials multiple times until we made our choices. I tried the Grilled Atlantic Salmon, and it was tasty--you can never go wrong with salmon! The portion size was generous, and I was quite full just with the salmon. I would definitely recommend this place for private dinners and events.
