“The 8920 Frankford Ave AT&T Store associates Larry and Mohammed are absolute GODsends!!! I had gone to another AT&T store (grant ave) and was given TOTALLY FALSE information which caused me to ALMOST return the phone and just stay with Verizon but I walked into this store was greeted immediately and asked how could they be of assistance...so I proceeded to explain what was going on and they both assured me that the issue COULD in fact be resolved and in FIVE MINUTES fixed the total cluster F&$k the Grant Ave associate left me with ..if you want customer service with professionalism and from people who actually know what they are doing GO TO THIS STORE and speak to either Larry or Mohammed, you will NOT be disappointed..they know their products and they are extremely knowledgeable about services offered etc. THANKS to these gentlemen I chose to continue with transferring to AT&T and AT&T is very lucky to have employees that not just know what they are doing but also do so with friendliness ....”

I cannot thank him enough phenomenal representative of this company! Maybe it won’t be such a long time away next time.”

“I was able to get the phone I wanted thanks to the GM Tony at 3236 Red Lion road. He went over and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough for the effort and care that he put into my visit there. After countless calls to stores all over the city including New Jersey no one had the phone I wanted but he didn't let that stop him. He finally ended up locating another store outside the city that did have it. Tony then made the arrangements to go there himself and brought it back to the store for me the same day. He also stayed on the phone with First net to handle adding the phone to my account after multiple errors on First Net website kept happening. Tony fixed my bill that was done in error at another location while he was at it. Overall awesome customer service I couldn't have had any better experience than what I received. And might I add he did stay longer after his shift to finish everything.So thank you Tony for everything! Wish there were more genuine hard working individuals such as yourself in the world. “Awesome experience!I went to here to replace my lost SIM card. I called before to inqure about what is needed. Ron (the owner) knows exactly what to do and told me to get my PIN ready before I come. When I arrived, he got me a new SIM with my old cell phone number set up within 5 minutes! Really awesome experience!!! ?”

“I visited this location in the mall after purchasing my iPhone at the Apple Store. Apple for some reason was unable to help me set up my phone via the QR scan that they usually do. They sent me off without a working phone, so I visited this location and thankfully I was helped by two workers by the name of Dimitri( i for sure spelled that wrong) and Michelle. They helped guide me through all the possible steps so I could transfer my service onto my new phone so shout out to them they are so real!”

“Sean was an absolute delight. I was sent into store on 11/5/23 after going to uBreakiFix for an insurance claim (showed up slightly annoyed at the run around I received from uBreakiFix and ascurion) but nonetheless ended up needing a new phone. Sean helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data over to the new one. The transfer and purchase took maybe an hour or two in store but he made that time to be such a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just had great energy! He clearly enjoys what he does and the company he works for. 10/10 service and he most certainly deserves recognition for that! I don’t often need a new cell phone or technology device but I’ll be sure to go back to this location and work with Sean when the time comes!”
