“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

“I have used this bank since 1999 when it was on Green Street! The behind-the-scenes staff has always gotten back to me when I've had questions, so they are great. I must admit the Drive Thru on Berry Street spoiled me as I loved not having to park and get out, especially if I have children in tow, but!...I will say not having the Drive Thru has forced me to go inside and getting to know the staff has been a pleasure.
